I should have read other people's reviews first..I've been to the Newcastle Eldon Square one and experienced the hell! To begin with I had to wait 45 mins even I had an appointment and showed up 10 mins before. I had infills done because my gel nails came off within a week (which is ridiculous), all the girls were talking and not concentrating on one customer-I thought it is OK as long as they can fix my nails, but my nails looked so uneven (my boyfriend could tell it was really bad) and 3 of my finders are breeding from bad filing. Don' waste your money on this salon, I never ever felt this angry before!!! Read Less
