No direction on where to go or how the process worked for booking and picking colours etc. Staff were rude talking to each other in a different language, booked for a manicure which was supposed to include a hand massage which i never got, instead I was left waiting around for the lady who was supposed to be doing my nails to come back as she kept disappearing, had to ask somebody else to put a top coat on. Originally seated next to my 8 year old but got asked to move to half way up the salon away from her (for no apparent reason) and she had to sit around for about 20 minutes after her nails were painted next to a male member of staff that was running around slapping the female staffs asses! 2 days later the polish is off and I've got horrible bits of skin all around my finger nails, pretty sure they're only supposed to cut the cuticles, Not the skin! I'd give zero stars if I could. Those are my gel nails after 6 days. They were supposed to be matt and apparently were supposed to last up to 3 weeks! £16 wasted as well as 2 hours of my time waiting in the most disorganised,chaotic place I've ever been. There is no signs to where you are meant to que or what you meant to do. I mean it's not a rocket science but when you have never been to the place it's really confusing. Awful. Waited 30mins to have one hand set. The staff blamed me for them glooping too much nail polish in one spot. Throughly disappointed in the service and i will not be recommending this to anyone. One staff member took a phone call in the middle of doing my nails. Disgusting. Will never be attending again and on top of all that i already need infills and as i got them done on thursday i didnt expect to need infills on the sunday. Staff are very rude and don’t explain why they do some of the job then leave you sitting for ages!!! The male staff especially are rude. They speak to each other whilst doing your nails in their own language which is a real pet hate of mine. We pay money for the service but customer care is non existent here. Read Less

Had my nails done here before Christmas and was very pleased. Repeated the experience before New Year and the result was not so good but prepared to try again yesterday. Dreadful. My hands were put in a solution by one young man who then disappeared,my hands were in the solution for ages until I pointed out to the technician next to me. A different young man then arrived and proceeded to take off the gel nails in less than a gentle manner. His filing skill was appalling. The young lady I went to for the application of the varnish had to refile completely.I now have extremely soft nails due I believe to them being in the solution for too long. I can't do anything with my hands without my nails bending. I won't be using them again! Read Less

Absolutely terrible! Went in for a full set of acrylics and gels, was in for near enough 2 hours , the staff have no idea what they're doing wandering round doing nothing, shops run horrendously , one memeber of staff cracked my nail whilst doing it, tried to fix it it snapped off later that night , a week later one nail has completely fell off, never ever will come here again after having a bad experience in the past I thought I would give them another go but still so bad, I will continue to go to Inails in Eldon square much nicer staff, well run, and nails always last a month with no problems at all Read Less

well from where should I begin.. Just paid £28 for a sham of a job. Lady didnt explain that they wanted another £8 until i had my nails done on top of the £28 already paid. They done my nails wrong and when they said £8 more i said no! The lady said £28 so all staff came to surround me telling me i need to pay more or to go! With my nails not done. Staff were very intimidating the way they surrounded me on my chair. I asked how i complain and they ignored me. Not a good place at all they rush your nails to get another person on your seat..! Have used this salon since it first opened prior to that used both the Newcastle salons. Never had any complaint my own nails are in good condition as I only get a new set between 4 - 6 months and infill every 4 weeks. The only time I break one is if I'm doing heavy housework or cleaning car and not taking care.
