First time I had ever been to this salon but I definitely wasn't disappointed x my nails are absolutely immaculate. I am soooo in love with them x best acrylics I've ever had done x nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff were all lovely xx definitely going to return

went with my almost 9 year old grandaughter Lacey who wanted gel nails for her birthday/holiday .. her nails were not very long but the staff were lovely and i think it was Courtney who did her amazin...
went with my almost 9 year old grandaughter Lacey who wanted gel nails for her birthday/holiday .. her nails were not very long but the staff were lovely and i think it was Courtney who did her amazing nails in her favourite colour blue ..ive had mine done before and they did a great job then ..im going in 2 weeks to get them done again ..thank you Bay Bays

I come here every 2-3 weeks for infills on my nails, I decided to treat my self a little further on Wednesday, I dot individual lashes, even tho they were fully booked, the guys still squeezed me in �...
I come here every 2-3 weeks for infills on my nails, I decided to treat my self a little further on Wednesday, I dot individual lashes, even tho they were fully booked, the guys still squeezed me in 😘 The young lady that done these has only been working here a week or so called Chloe I'm sure, she made me feel so comfortable and done my lashes to perfection 😘 Thank you xx

Been going to BayBays for a long time now and I really couldn't fault it. The staff are lovely and friendly and welcoming. Despite being very busy the staff will work really hard to fit you in and make sure you get seen to. My nails are always done to a high standard and I always come away really happy with my experience! Would definitely recommend BayBays!

Nails were ok but i felt very uncomfortable in salon 2 members of staff sat talking in chinese whilst doing mine and another customers nails...only time my technician spoke or looked at me was to ask ...
Nails were ok but i felt very uncomfortable in salon 2 members of staff sat talking in chinese whilst doing mine and another customers nails...only time my technician spoke or looked at me was to ask what i wanted... thought they were very rude...laughing...possibly at me or other customers...wouldnt know as i cant speak chinese...like a conveyor belt...wont be going back!
