Been a few times to get shellac nails and both times the service has been amazing. Reasonably priced, nails last well (3 weeks!) Would say it is best to get an appointment as otherwise you WILL have a wait as they are always busy. That being said it is worth the wait Read Less

Polish left around the skin of my fingers. No communication- just tapping my hand when I was supposed to put it under the light. I asked for a pedicure and I was only given a file and polish and had to put my leg under the counter. No cuticle work and it took a very long time, disappointing. Read Less

Called for an appointment on my lunch break but was just left sitting there waiting while they trudged through the people that just walk in. No apologies or any indication of how long I would have been waiting. Ended up just walking out, won't be back sadly. Read Less

Been going here for over 7 years, love the friendly staff. Don't always need an appointment. Sometimes you do have to wait a bit but they do their best. Never had any issues with my acrylic nails. Highly recommend them. Read Less

I've been here twice, the first time I was happy with the nails and service, they take a little while to get round to you if you don't have an appointment but that's fine. However, one nail broke that night while I was sleeping. It was just the tip so I filed it back to desired shape myself.By the time I went back for infills three weeks later four of the nails on my left hand had broken - and I'm not left handed!I was reluctant to go back at that point but Diamond Nails are so close to my house that I did go back for infills.While I was having them done the nail technician slipped with one of the tools, cutting my finger. (I've uploaded a photo of this). He didn't apologise or acknowledge it, just putting a solution on it when the bleeding started, and 5 minutes later was telling another customer that he was so tired he couldn't keep his eyes open. Here I am on Sunday morning after having my nails done on a Friday night, and yep - I've woken up to a broken nail again. Diamond Nails aren't worth your money - stay away! Read Less

had nails  done at  this shop  less than  a week  ago  and  half  came  off  went  to  shop  although  they  did  replace  for  free it  was  not  without  rudeness  and  reluctance  was  told  it  was  the  norm  as  some  only  last  a  day  and  they  was not  a  charity    will not  use  again Read Less

Great mani/pedi place - not too pretentious, but simple. Lots of colours, super fast an efficient. My pedicure looks great. I only saw one pedicure chair, but they have about six manicure stations. It does get pretty busy, but they are worth waiting for. Read Less
