Absolutely awful, had my acrylics taken off and gel colour on my natural nails. I had to keep telling her what to do otherwise I would still have half the acrylic on and nails all different lengths and jagged at the ends. Also the colour I originally chose was completely different to the one I asked for so I asked to change the colour she proceeded to try and paint over the red I originally had with nude which obviously didn't work so I asked her to remove it properly first which she did and then painted them with the nude leaving a mess all around the edges. My wife's usual person, who is excellent, is on maternity leave, so she tried here. Never again. The shop is filthy. I mean really filthy, not just the daily stuff but like it's never cleaned. The service is appalling. For the first time in there she was not greeeted or made to feel welcome. She said she wanted her eyebrows done. The woman didn't bother to ask how she likes them, just got on with it. All the time she's working on my wife's eyes she kept biting her nails. No gloves. No understanding of what hygiene even is. I'll be amazed if this place doesn't get shut down as a health hazard. My wife wanted her nails done too, but decided against it. When she left, there was no goodbye or anything else resembling communication let alone manners. No wonder the shop was empty on a boat Friday afternoon. Avoid this place at all costs. My usual nail technician was away so thought I'd try here. NEVER AGAIN. The women was so rude, I was so tense through out, to the point she actually hit my hand with the emery board. I just wanted shellac on my natural nails but it was patch bad quality. I tried to explain this to her but she told me to 'shut up' and I 'talk too much' (I was silent up until I flagged up my issue) and kept saying she 'didn't understand' but she blatantly did just very lazy to rectify her mistake. On top she was coughing and snorting with no apologies. She destroyed my natural nails and they were so mishapen. I literally wanted to cry from it all. All the equipment is dirty and old and overall standards are so low. The guy doing the nail extensions seems nice though but seriously AVOID!!! Read Less

I have been going here for a few months & mostly got the son who works here & does an ok job. His mother however is rude, greedy & extremely bad at doing nails! She cut mine down to the quick without even asking, & picked off my acrylic rather than soaking because she couldn't be bothered. Then did a shoddy acrylic job....I didn't even get them filed (there was not much to file) or painted as this had previously been slap dash. The whole thing took 20 minutes & she charged me £25. When I questioned it she didn't budge. And seemed unbothered when I said I would never return. Don't go here, it really is rubbish. Read Less

My experience was HORRIBLE, lady was rough with my hands as I asked for stiletto nails, they are vile and nothing like the picture and before she pained them demanded payment. Horrible. Awful service, nails done poorly, all payments done without reciepts and when I went to borrow their bathroom I was met by multiple animals caged in the basement. NHS should look into this place.Read Less

I called to book my appointment and the lady who does the nails was already quite cutting and rude. When I went there they were eating and watching to as they were in their house living room and when I said I had an appointment they didn't stand up straight away, it was like an awkward minute, me just standing up next to the door without knowing what to do. When the lady was gonna do my nails I have to say that she did it really quick, it looked like she was in a hurry, but then I thought she may just be that quick... After she finish my nails extensions and prior to apply the nail polish she asked me in a really bad English about the money, and the don't accept cards, she made me leave my coat and phone there and bring the money... It was quite aggressive situation for me. But at the end, she is quick and it is cheap, if not the cheapest around. Nail extensions are really thin, to the point I could say they are natural.
