I 💯 recommend this place! First time trying this salon on London road! I Walked in as was greeted by a lovely lady working behind the reception. My appointment was on time and didn’t go over the schedule time. My nail technician was amazing, very friendly and lovely girl. I just love that they talk to you and you don’t sit in silence. She asked what I wanted and how I wanted it, most places just tell you what they want but not this place. I love how they take care in the job, they don’t t use any machines to take of previous gell that takes off half your nailbed! They file. I had a gel on hand and feet! And it’s perfect. Let me tell you about the chair! Wow! It’s like heaven when getting your feet done. Full body massage. Will definitely be my go to place, even though I live in Hove. Very very good service. they ask you if you would like a drink. I got a pedicure and manicure manicure today and it was very very relaxing and the staff was very very wonderful staff and manicure and pedicure at I would like to get a waxing . I've been going to this salon every two weeks since it opened. I'm a nail biter and through firstly having Acrylic Nails, that I couldn't bite for a year or so until I'd broken my habit and now I'm able to go for bi-weekly manicures to keep my nails very short and sleek. The painting is always a very good standard. Theres a huge choice of normal and gel polish. Iustina is my favourite technician but all the staff are very professional and work to the same exacting standards. They do walk in and set time appointments which seems to work well. Read Less

Couldn't recommend this salon more! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There's a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the salon. I had to wait a little bit for my appointment to start and they very kindly gave me 50% off my treatment. They've gained a regular customer now. Read Less

Love this place. Great service and lovely staff. They take time and care when doing nails. They offer you a drink and it's one professional dealing with you the whole time. No change of stuff half way through your nails being done. The shop is spacious and even when busy doesn't feel ridiculously packed because of the layout. Initially found the service good, however found that there appeared to be quite a high turnover of staff. Also even though previous places I had visited the staff seem to try and impose what they wanted me to actually do to my nails. The one beauty treatment I had was rushed and the member of staff was actually rude to me at one point, which I laughed off at the time. I have a serious health condition which means sometimes I find it difficult to leave the house. Which meant I had to cancel appointments, so on a couple of occasions I was abuptly told I could only go in as a walk in. This was despite the fact I had explained the health condition to the main woman. I have since found another service where I am treated with dignity and respect, plus their work is actually superior. So nail lounge, you might have swish facilities but you could do with some lessons on customer care, you have lost my custom and I will not recommend your service to any of my friends, pity. One of the best nail bars I've used! Always so welcoming and friendly, I took my mum here for the first time, she very rarely has her nails done, but ever since coming here she enjoys pampering herself and can't wait to rebook! i normally have Iustina do my nails! I've heard about Nail Lounge and Spa from so many people now so finally went to see for myself. I had my nails and eyebrows done and I couldn't be happier with the result! The professionalism of the girls there is something you don't meet often nowadays! I really liked the music and the whole atmosphere in the salon. The girls were friendly and really careful. Unbelievable nail and beauty salon!!! The best, cleanest, bespoke salon I've been to especially in Brighton by far- and I've been to most!! Excellent customer service 5*!! It's so lovely and satisfying to be treated with a 1st class service nowadays. Somewhere you feel at home and comfortable!! Our nails were painted perfectly with such attention to detail. Wonderful and extensive drinks menu while you get pampered- what a great touch!! My Chai latte was honestly better than Starbucks!!! I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks time!
