I made an appointment via their online booking service over a week before the date and time I had requested. Less than 24 hours before the appointment I received a phone call from a member of staff who proceeded to tell me that I made the booking wrong and it had to be cancelled as they are fully booked. The lady continued to reiterate how it was my fault. I was very confused by the whole experience as I don’t see how I can click a button and request an appointment on an automated system and it be my fault. (I would have made the appointment over the phone if the phone had been picked up once in the 5 times I tried to get through) The lady was extremely rude and did not offer any form of apology for double booking (I guess, why would you if you think it’s the customers fault?!). So I was left without an appointment and less than 24 hours to find a new place to book an appointment. I cannot stress how rude this particular person was. It is such a shame as all the other ladies there (who have done my nails before) are so professional and lovely. They do a very good job and this one person is ruining all their hard work. I suggest looking into a new booking system, picking up the phone so that appointments can be made via telephone and training a particular member of staff on how to deal with customers. Read Less

Laura was so great. Done such a good job. Receptionist was unprofessional, not really keen to book people in but simply telling them we can not do your nails, sorry ,where actually she should explain how long the wait would be as 2 girls were free not long after. Read Less

Not the best pedicure I’ve had, no foot mask, the products weren’t great, my skin is still rough and my toenails were not buffed and shined. The lady who did them was really pleasant and lovely tho. Eye lash tint was good. Salon is really pretty. The price is ok but I’ve had way better pedicures at the same price. Good as a last resort option Read Less
