Would have given this place NO STARS but it wouldn't let me write a review!! My daughter is....was....excited to be going on holiday abroad tomorrow.....but after returning from this nail bar in tears from the way the disgusting, rude staff treated her, has lost her excitement for her holidays now 😥 Her regular nail bar, Nail Fantasy, was closed so she had to find somewhere today, hence finding Pinkies was a solution. After waiting 45 minutes, she asked for infills for her nails, mend a broken nail and then paint them. On noticing a few of her acrylics were also loose, the technician hooked her nail under and ripped them off, causing my daughter to wince in pain 😡 Cruel and rude are an understatement, but to add insult to injury, two 'regular female customers' had come in and were being very intimidating. No, my daughter isn't a schoolgirl being bullied, but a 23 yr old, professional dancer with a degree who cares about her appearance. It took just 25 minutes to complete the in- fills, filing, painting, bit of glitter and drying !! No time or patience was taken. No pride in their work or customer service was given 😡 Too embarrassed and upset to ask for a refund, she left in tears 😥 How, in this day and age of uncertainty with the economic market, can the owner of a business, be so flippant and rude to a customer. Maybe they didn't like the fact that my daughter usually goes elsewhere, but surely you would go out of your way to provide the best service to encourage customers to return to them. Love my nails... been using them for a year now with my mom. It’s our treat to come and we have never been disappointed. They have always been very happy to accommodate our tastes. I suggest you stick always to the same person as when you are getting your nails treated it’s like with your hair. That’ll start getting to know what you like or not and how your nails are and what is best. Read Less

Awful, my acrylics were all different lengths and some were completely wonky, the nail varnish was even poorly done. Then after one day a nail snapped, and I went to get it repaired, a different member of staff repaired it, she then put a new acrylic on, again completely the wrong length even after i expressed that i wasn't happy with how they looked and was told i was wrong. Worse she didn't even file them so one is a different shape, they look ridiculous! Not worth what I paid at all! Will not be coming back. Read Less
