The experience itself wasn't that bad. Sure they kept paying more attention to the people coming in than to my nails but I understood they save up the salary of having someone on reception/till. When asked the shape I pointed out exactly which shape I wanted, they left them pretty much square and because of the long time that it took I decided to let them that way as wasn't that bothered to make the compromise. A bit bothering was that the person that was taking care of me moved to someone else as that person wanted shellac and passed me to a kid that started doing ️everything fast and didn't seem to have too much experience to be honest. Not even an apology or 'would it be alright if my colleague takes over?'. After that was moved at the drying lamp and left there with no instructions howsoever or anything and it was another customer that explained how long I need to stay and to use the spray myself. Last time I did this was before having my kid and was a bit back (3-4 years more exactly). When to pay wasn't sure how to do so ended up feeling really awful watching one of them just dropping one their customer in order to charge. Best part comes that after less than two days of not doing any chores as was reallh happy I actually have nice nails for a upcoming party- my nails started to look awful, my nail polish leaves marks everywhere and on all the edges the gel is visible-so went in asked why is this happening and in return they had a go at me that is just nail polish and is meant to hold just a few hours... I was in shock! This is not specified anywhere and it never happened before with gel not acrylics. They told me that if I want my colour to hold to have shellac. I have news for you guys, my nail polish that I have at home holds longer and have had this done before and this is the first time when this happens. I will make sure to let everyone know what quality you offer. I have never regretted anything more in my life and I literally feel like paying for one of you (especially the rude young lady that kept going we don't guaranty it holds) to have their nails done in Guildford so you can see what it looks like when someone does their job right and how long it's actually meant to keep. Greeted nicely but then the nail technician was awful. Very snappy.  Quite clearly hated her job. Did a very mediocre job on my nails. Not my first visit there but definitely my last. Very unprofessional. Read Less

The experience here was absolutely awful! Whilst waiting, nail clippings were flung everywhere. I know they can't help that but no one was in a rush to clear them up. Once I sat down, my nails were burned with the filer and the person was clear hurting me. No one understood when I wanted diamonds so I had to leave it. Within 3 days 2 nails had cracked and 1 fell off ( as I had acrylics). Didn't want to go back for a repair as they probably wouldn't understand me. Never going back ever again! Read Less

Awful experience here. Decided to treat myself to a luxury pedicure. I left with a huge chunk out of my left heel. It became infected & I had to take a course of antibiotics. Nearly 3wks and heel is still very painful & not healed properly.... never going back there agsin Read Less

Besides filing off my skin with one nail file and burning it with the electric one they messed up on shape. Further they put normal nail polish instead of shellac on top of my nail extensions. Charged me £28 for nails so horrific I will have to go to a different salon tomorrow and get them redone. Whatever you do, don't set foot into that place!! They don't even deserve one star... So called gel nails, hurt like ****. It feels like my nail is being pulled off my nail bed on both my thumbs. Have done some research on Google since I got home, am doubting they are gel and they certainly shouldn't hurt. Won't be going back!! Read Less
