Terrible experience found the staff to be really rude and unfriendly. Had shallic on my nails and I came out with an allergic reaction ended up in A&E with face swollen, swollen eyes and a terrible rash. I have prev had my nails done elsewhere and I never reacted like this before Went to have them removed and they were not bothered what's so ever the lady was constantly in her phone whilst removing them and they even charged me double. I wasn't in a fit state to argue as I'm now waiting for this reaction to disappear. Would not recommend them to anybody! 5 star nails? more like 3 maximum! went here due to a friends recommendation & have never felt more awkward. only 2 employees could speak english & they were most probably the managers (they were the nicest people in the place) I wanted to ask the woman who was doing my nails opinion about whether I should go for shellac or acrylics & she just ignored me. I discovered soon after that this was because she couldn't speak english because she started cutting my nails down after I specifically said I wanted to keep them long!!! the english speaking woman had to ask me & then tell the woman to stop as well as ask me what shape I wanted & then doubted my choice because of the nails the woman had cut down, not my fault!!! also, they hardly gave me any time to choose the colour for my nails so I was unhappy with the result but couldn't tell the woman because of her lack of english. whilst doing my nails she also cut my finger & didn't even get an apology. note that the place is cash only so once my nails were finished I had to go take cash out the cash machine from down the road & whilst I was gone one employee/manager started asking another woman in the shop where I was from (probably because I didnt know what I was doing because no instructions were given, I felt super awkward the whole time & there was a language barrier) whilst paying I took a loyalty card thing to be polite but I most definitely will not be returning !!!!!!! Hi Went in this morning for a manicure and a pedicure. They got the booking wrong and only gave us a pedicure. We were short of time and had to leave and they gave us nothing to compensate. Really not happy with the service and won't be going back. They were slow too. £55 for two normal paint pedicures isn't worth it here Read Less

Worst experience ever! Lady cut my foot in 2 places even after I said she was hurting me. She kept looking at my foot as it was bleeding! No apology at all, no discount offered. Never going back there. Read Less
