I won't be visiting this salon again, I was in a pinch and needed some gel polish removed. It was very quick and they only used an electric nail drill which has made my nails extremely thin and breakable. They didn't use any removal products to soften the gel and now my nails are very damaged. If I had known before I would have done it myself, despite feeling very unwell that day! Read Less

Horrendeous. Rude and untrained. Had a manicure and pedicure. Hard skin left on the soles of my feet and toe throbbing for days afterward. Manicure was a mess. Cuticles and mess and polish everywhere. Very amature. Girl didn't talk to me once the whole manicure but talked to other workers loudly across me like I wasn't even there. Gross place. Avoid unless you want fungusy nails. Read Less

This place is my favourite, I will only go here, I get treated just like everyone else and have a good chat and gossip with all of them, You get coffee, music and good company. Had an appointment booked for 10am. Sat in pedicure area for half an hour without anyone telling me anything. Eventually left at 10:45 after being told the lady doing my nails was stuck in traffic. Just a sorry about that for making me waste 45 minutes of my very precious time. No incentive to rebook for another time. Been a regular customer having acrylics and pedicures but such poor customer service today. Will not be going back. Read Less

If you want to have a relaxing, pain free, customer service based experience... Then avoid this place like the plague !! My cuticles were all throbbing and four fingers were even bleeding ! It's not all about taking your money. That is all this nail salon cares about. Every time a new source of money walks in...... i.e. a client they are distracted, look up and consequently inflict pain. Find another place. Do not bother with this rude torture chamber. You don't walk out of a hairdresser bleeding and bruised and you shouldn't from having your nails done either !! Read Less

Just had my Infills done and service was excellent and staff (and other clients) were lovely. Always lovely to hear 'your welcome' after every thank you. Will definitely be coming back.

VERY BAD SERVICE!My daughter came to the salon as a treat after being hospitalised with mental health issues. The man doing her nails questioned her about scars on her arms and said she was 'silly' for doing that to herself. He also said she needed to stop smoking as she stank of it! Very rude! Consequently my daughter attempted sucide that afternoon and is now back in hospital. I'm not impressed. Either say something nice or don't say anything at all! Read Less

I won't be visiting this salon again, I was in a pinch and needed some gel polish removed. It was very quick and they only used an electric nail drill which has made my nails extremely thin and breakable. Had an appointment booked for 10am. Sat in pedicure area for half an hour without anyone telling me anything. Eventually left at 10:45 after being told the lady doing my nails was stuck in traffic. Just a sorry about that for making me waste 45 minutes of my very precious time. No incentive to rebook for another time. Been a regular customer having acrylics and pedicures but such poor customer service today. Will not be going back. Read Less

VERY BAD SERVICE!My daughter came to the salon as a treat after being hospitalised with mental health issues. The man doing her nails questioned her about scars on her arms and said she was 'silly' for doing that to herself. He also said she needed to stop smoking as she stank of it! Very rude!
