IV BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE AT NAIL BAR & BEAUTY AT SUNBURY CROSS EVER SINCE THEY OPENED OVER A YEAR AGO! BUT HAVE TO SAY MY LAST 5 VISITS HAVE BEEN REALLY BAD SERVICE!! YOUR TOLD ITS A 25 MINUTE ...

YOUR TOLD ITS A 25 MINUTE WAIT, BUT IN FACT ITS AN HOURS WAIT, YOUR LEFT FOR OVER AN HOUR SAT WITH THE FOILS ON YOUR FINGERS TO REMOVE YOUR OLD SET OF NAILS, SO YOU CANT EVEN LEAVE EVEN IF YOU WANTED TO! A VISIT TO THE NAIL SHOP SHOULD ONLY TAKE 45 MINS MAX!! BUT ON MY LAST 5 VISITS TO NAIL BAR & BEAUTY ...I HAVE ENDED UP BEING IN THERE FOR OVER 2HOURS EVERY TIME! TODAY I ARRIVED THERE AT 10 TO 10 THIS MORNING, WAS TOLD THE USUAL 25 MINUET WAIT. I TOLD STAFF I NEEDED TO BE DONE AND OUT OF THERE BY 12NOON AT THE LATEST, THEY ASSURED ME MY NAILS WOULD BE DONE BEFORE 12 AS THEY SAID IT ONLY TAKE HALF AN HOUR TO TAKE OFF OLD SET AND PUT ON A NEW SET OF SNS NAILS!! AT 11.30am I WAS STILL SAT THERE WAITING WITH MY NAILS STILL IN THE TAKE OFF SOLUTION AND FOILS!! At 11.45 THEY STARTED TO REMOVE MY OLD SET OF NAILS, BUT WITH NO ENOUGH TIME FOR A NEW SET!! THEY EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO STILL CHARGE ME FOR A JOB THAT WAS NOT FINISHED BY THE TIME THEY HAD PROMISED AND GAVE NO APOLOGIES AND WAS ACTUALLY VERY RUDE!! SO AFTER YET ANOTHER 2HR VISIT TO THERE NAIL SHOP I WALKED OUT WITH NO NAILS!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE NAIL BAR & BEAUTY AT SUNBURY CROSS!! Vezi mai mult

But.....................Rude People ! They don’t really care about make their clients satisfied. FOR ALL NAIL SHOP❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ Attention GUYS!!!!! YOU should definitely use disposable stuffs PLEASE ! ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️
It’s really disgusting to see that ! The same Brush , Nail File for everyone , come on ... that’s why people get nails Fungus. ...

Plus they have just added a sign to increase prices. Why? The service is rude too, slow and Not experienced enough for 2017!

I Went there on a Sunday and the owner did my nails, she rushed them, left them thick and bulky and in all different shapes! Shocking! Had to go back the next day to ask her to make them even! Not once did she apologies.
However, as they’re local to me I thought I would give them a second chance, so...., it gets worse, their shop is so cold the gel would not set on my fingers so it took two hours for a new set to be applied, when there were finished, the finish was so bad I cried paid the £40 and said I would never go there again. I’m shocked that shop is legal. Plus I never got a redund! They do not care!
I have had to go and get them done in another shop. In total I’ve wasted £67!
If I were you I would run a mile from this shop!

Did my nail on Tuesday and by wednesday realize they are not sealed . Went back to the nail bar on Saturday to get them repaired the owner said she is only responsible for the area of the infill and the unsealed bit is not her responsibility. What crap!!! You do an infill and the quality of the finished product is your responsibility. I will never go back to that crap shop with poor workmanship. I should have gone to Regal Nails where they always do a fantastic job. Shame on you leaving a new client so disappointed. Thanks for nothing but rubbish work.

Did my nail on Tuesday and by wednesday realize they are not sealed . Went back to the nail bar on Saturday to get them repaired the owner said she is only responsible for the area of the infill and the unsealed bit is not her responsibility. What crap!!!
