Always brilliant customer service here. The guys and girls are friendly and helpful. Also very talented at the acrylic nails. I wouldn't get them done anywhere else now.

Terrible service , had to go back following day as shellac had chipped !! No apology for inconvenience, no customer service whatsoever . Not asking for a conversation but I felt as if I was inconvenie...

I visit every 6 or so weeks for a spa pedicure and like the prompt service and the choice of nail varnish colours. My feet look and feel devine and stay soft and the colour lasts until my nails grow. ...
I visit every 6 or so weeks for a spa pedicure and like the prompt service and the choice of nail varnish colours. My feet look and feel devine and stay soft and the colour lasts until my nails grow. The loyalty card is a bonus. English is not the first language of all the staff and I think this can be misunderstood as being rude. My daughter has her nails done and if she had a probkem they would fix it.

With in 48 hours my nail broke and went back today, they said what want us to do about it ,so they filed the hole thing back to my nail bed,which I'm not happy about it, I've been going there for quit...
With in 48 hours my nail broke and went back today, they said what want us to do about it ,so they filed the hole thing back to my nail bed,which I'm not happy about it, I've been going there for quit a few years yet they can't even fix or sort it out not happy with the service!!!!!!!

My whole family use this nail shop, staff are lovely couldn't ask for more. Great prices and they give you a card for free appointment after so many visits

Went in for a shellac manicure on my natural nails. They used a filing machine on my nail, a nail file coarse for artificial nails to saw away at my nails. They then we're going to dry trim my cuticl...
Went in for a shellac manicure on my natural nails. They used a filing machine on my nail, a nail file coarse for artificial nails to saw away at my nails. They then we're going to dry trim my cuticles, no soaking, no cuticle cream, at this point I walked out - horrendous!

The staff is rude n doesnt speak english. When i noticed that my nail is broken when she filed it she kept saying...dont worry...now my nail needs a retouch after 4days but of course im not gonna go b...
The staff is rude n doesnt speak english. When i noticed that my nail is broken when she filed it she kept saying...dont worry...now my nail needs a retouch after 4days but of course im not gonna go back as they quite pricey compare to the quality they provide. Will never go back.

Have never had the displeasure of meeting anyone quite as rude as the people in here! It was as if I was a complete inconvenience to them and they really didn't want my custom! Safe to say they won't ...
