Sadly my experience today wasn't what I expected. I phoned to book an appointment for 1pm for a pedicure + basic manicure, I arrived and was asked to take a seat 😯 I sat for 15 minutes and then felt I needed to ask "will it be long pls? I did book an appointment" yes not long was the reply. At 1.25 I ask again! Eventually I went through to the to the pedicure area, looking around I was starting to feeling uncomfortable with all the dirt, dust and general lack of maintenance around me 😯 this was a shame, as the staff were ok & were trying to please. I wasn't hanging around for a manicure..
Took 3 try's on the card machine to pay!!
I do hope the owners read this honest review and make the changes that clearly need to be done.

After a long day at Thorpe Park me and my fiancé decided to get a pedicure quickly. Lovely staff and done the job well. She got her nails done, they looked great. Would recommend for this area.

absolutely disgusted with pretty nails.
Tried them out for the first time for set of SNS and 3 days later one broke, i returned to the shop and asked if they would replace the broken one as it had only been 3 days and they merely glued it back on and put another coat over the top - which was a completely different colour to the rest of the set! a few hours later the same nail broke again aswell as another. When I returned to the nail shop to complain I was verbally abused by a male member of staff - absolutely disgusted with how I was treated as a paying and willing to compromise customer.

I love Pretty Nails - have been going there regularly for several years - the people there are very pleasant and friendly and I am always really pleased with my nails. I used to have gel nails but at their suggestion I switched to SNS which is even better! I once went to another nail place and they were so poor I had to go to pretty nails to get my nails fixed! Totally recommended!

Lovely staff. Wonderful service. Did my nails perfectly. They give you a shoulder massage while your nails dry and I was offered a glass of champagne! They offer a loyalty program with 10% off every 5th treatment. Salon was very modern and clean too. Will definitely be a regular customer. Highly recommend this salon.

yesterday I went to a pretty nail shop and spend money for my nail but the problem is that I was very unhappy with the results l felt like the girl that was doing my nails did not know what she was doing and get a very bed job. I don't know but I think she does not understand English. Then how she working in nail shop. I try to explain many time but finally result come very horrible. Don't go to this shop. It's my openion its your choice. But finally it's very bed experience. Anyway thanks for treatment but never coming back.

Oh my who knew a nail salon right on my door step and my nails have never ever looked like real nails. Great customer service and took lots of time perfecting my hands and feet. And on top of that gave me a Christmas present before I left. Great job lady's and man. Amazing.

Sadly my experience today wasn't what I expected. I phoned to book an appointment for 1pm for a pedicure + basic manicure, I arrived and was asked to take a seat 😯 I sat for 15 minutes and then felt I needed to ask "will it be long pls? I did book an appointment" yes not long was the reply. At 1.25 I ask again! Tried them out for the first time for set of SNS and 3 days later one broke, i returned to the shop and asked if they would replace the broken one as it had only been 3 days and they merely glued it back on and put another coat over the top - which was a completely different colour to the rest of the set! a few hours later the same nail broke again aswell as another. I love Pretty Nails - have been going there regularly for several years - the people there are very pleasant and friendly and I am always really pleased with my nails. I used to have gel nails but at their suggestion I switched to SNS which is even better! I once went to another nail place and they were so poor I had to go to pretty nails to get my nails fixed! Totally recommended!

Lovely staff. Wonderful service. Did my nails perfectly. They give you a shoulder massage while your nails dry and I was offered a glass of champagne! They offer a loyalty program with 10% off every 5th treatment. Salon was very modern and clean too. Will definitely be a regular customer. Highly recommend this salon.
