I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they actually listen to what you would like and never have any problem with making changes. Very reasonable in all prices too. I wish i knew about this ...
I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they actually listen to what you would like and never have any problem with making changes. Very reasonable in all prices too. I wish i knew about this place before. so excited that I've chosen the nails/color for my wedding. Lin you're the best!!!

some staff not understanding english language.
and result was very bed. not happy with my Shellac nails.
never coming back to this place.

I'm new to the area so had to find a new nail bar and Lotus is the nearest to me. I made a same day appointment. The staff were friendly and I was offered a drink! The staff spoke in English to each other, not Vietnamese like they do in other nail bars. They were happy and very chatty. I didn't get burnt once by the filing tool! The whole experience was good - I will definately be going back. Oh - and my nails are fab!

First and last time visiting here got my nails done in less than 24 hours one broke went and got it fixed then the next day it broke again really disappointed and the lady tells me that I got them lon...
First and last time visiting here got my nails done in less than 24 hours one broke went and got it fixed then the next day it broke again really disappointed and the lady tells me that I got them long and looking after my children they will break I've been getting them done for years longer than what I've got and they never break

I visited lotus with a friend yesterday after work to get our nails done & wow what an amazing salon. I've been getting my nails done for over 10years all over the area & I can honestly say I have never had a better experience. We Left feeling totally refreshed after a massage & our nails were awesome. Thank you so much guys can't wait to come back xxx

I'm new to the area so had to find a new nail bar and Lotus is the nearest to me. I made a same day appointment. The staff were friendly and I was offered a drink! The staff spoke in English to each other, not Vietnamese like they do in other nail bars. They were happy and very chatty. I didn't get burnt once by the filing tool!
