My mum and I just had the most amazing experience at The Nail & Body Boutique where we had a fantastic pedicure each. The girls doing the treatment were so friendly and polite it made the whole experience much more enjoyable. There were no pushy sales to get us to buy additional products but they explained all the treatments they do in case we wanted to come back and try them. The salon itself it’s glitzy and glam and has a true welcoming fee that a lot of salons lack. Really lovely salon. Treatments are fab. The IPL results here are amazing and I recommend everyone to have it. I always feel amazingly relaxed when I visit the salon as all the staff are so welcoming and kind- even on a very busy Christmas night they all had big smiles on their faces- what more can you ask?! I have been going to the salon for over two years now and cannot fault the impeccable service I receive every time. The quality of the work is second to none - Jess truly is gifted when it comes to nails!! No matter what I ask for she always exceeds my expectations. I have been a regular client for the last four years. The salon is fantastic and really well managed and a great team working there. I have my nails done very regularly and love the choice of colours and new products. The pedicure area is heaven and so relaxing with a nice glass of wine and nibbles and great place for a catch up. Love this place. I've been going there for at least 3 years back when they were in the original salon. Such lovely staff, a wonderful atmosphere and great hospitality. Very well trained and qualified technicians and therapists. I recommend the Nail and Body Boutique to anyone. I notice all the 1* reviews are based not on personal experience but on the basis of some TV programme that feeds on negative attitudes and sensationalism. Those reviews are worth nothing. I used to go to Michelle in 2013 for acrylics nails. Back then, she was a lovely, warm person who could accept 'criticism' and the service she provided was excellent. I took my daughter to the salon just before Christmas and though the therapist was lovely, the salon was overbooked and way too busy. I watched Spa Wars and I could not believe the treatment of others by Michelle. I have heard rumours of Michelle treating her staff badly etc, and I believe those rumours now. I don't understand what has happened to Michelle, but I hope she uses the backlash she has had from the show to sort out her people skills and get back to her old, lovely self. And as for uploading a photo of a family members nasty letter about a rival salon and their manager, as well as a bitter status? Very unprofessional... Such a shame :( Read Less

Please read this honest review - I first found Michelle when I was 16 and was looking for someone to do my prom nails! 10 years later I can honestly say Michelle is the best of the best! I never have any hesitation in recommending all my friends to her salon! I live in Brighton and still travel the distance because I know when I walk out of that salon I will have had a fantastic treatment that leaves me looking my best. Her salon and the team are without doubt the best I have ever come across! Over the years I have gotten to know Michelle and I have to be honest with you this lady deserve the highest of praises she is a working mother of two, that is working so hard to make her salon and team successful and it shows in the quality!
