Rude, rough and made my finger bleed. My nails were wonky, sat funny on the natural nail and stuck up at the ends. I wanted a subtle french tip, i got a white plastic tip put on which looked cheap. I asked if he could paint over it to tone it down a bit, he said no! I am no expert on false nails, but i was very sure to explain what i wanted when i went in and what i defiantly did not want. I had a picture i had saved and showed it to him before we started, was told "fine no problem sit down". Fifteen minutes in i showed him the photo again, he told me he couldn't do that. I've since found out it was a gel nail i was showing him, coffin shape with a very slim french tip painted going down the side of the nail and across and not just an ugly blunt line on a misshapen bulky nail. If he couldn't do it he should of said so. Attitude stank and the place was awkward, really crappy atmosphere. Had them redone a few days later in the states. The woman laughed and said it was the worst french tip she had seen. Brilliant for pedicures, you get the full surgical Vietnamese-style treatment. I don’t know anywhere else in Reigate that’s half as good (went to one place where a pedicure involved a washing-up bowl of water). The staff are nice. I don’t understand the negative reviews.
