AVOID! The "technicians" don't listen to what you want or fix something when it's wrong. They have cut my skin with the drill multiple times, don't use genuine products either. AVOID!! 0* RATING!! Do not go to this nail shop! They makes you wait forever without giving you any indication of how long, do not honour appointments and will serve anyone in no particular order. Had a ombre infill which lasted 2 days before they snapped. Have been back twice to get my nails fixed after only a week of having them and they made me wait 40 mins before I left in disgust!! Worst place ever would never trust them to do my nails again staff are rude and to quick and don't listen to there customs. If they are not ok will a design the don't tell you they just for it but to be honest my 2 year old nephew could do a better job and when you ask for it to redone they act like it's your fault and cause pain and discomfort myself opening a old cut and not even apologies what a joke Read Less

They cut into my skin today! Was really happy with the quality of nails and the flexibility of just walking in. Today i had a really bad experience! I felt all along that the gentlemen there was working to rough and thought i will hold-out. It did feel he was cutting into my skin, and when he finished there was blood and the cuts are quite deep, bearing in mind this is a salon.... What makes it worse they did not even apologise.
