I tried this salon and another one in Redhill, first go they are doing a good job but the second time is not good at all, they don’t speak English and they’re talk each other’s in their own language, so they can say what they like, they don’t explain the product they are using and they handle your hands like you are a robot not human, besides I toke them off to find that they completely destroyed my nail and toking me at list 3 months to restore them,
I ask for gel but they using a cheap acrylic
I decided that never I will get back for many reasons, plus they also not explain prices very well, sorry but not cheap for having the nails under damaged!!

Terrible from start to finish overpriced I asked for gel and paid for gel for my daughter, only to receive acrylics covered under the nail polish since daughter had no idea between the two once ,I have removed the nail polish on top acrylic was put underneath it ,cost £40 looked really badly shaped barely any coverage with acrylic on tip never again.

I came here with a friend to get acrylics done before our holiday to Mexico... the staff were very pushy and trying to get you to choose and colour as soon as you walk in the door. They wouldn't answe...
I came here with a friend to get acrylics done before our holiday to Mexico... the staff were very pushy and trying to get you to choose and colour as soon as you walk in the door. They wouldn't answer any questions asked prior to this. I was quite suprised at how rude nail shop staff can be.
My acrylics were good they lasted. Very expensive for what I got. My friend had acrylics too.. unfortunately hers came off after 4 days of having them, she was gutted! They wasn't done very well.
The lady who was doing her nails was constantly walking around. Booking others in. Answering the phone. Rushing the nails. They were absolutely awful by the end. All the staff said was that's what you asked for.
She didn't get to put her nails under UV which is What You always do to set them!
I am ferious with how they treat other and do not try to help you when you aren't happy or have questions.
I would NEVER get my nails done here again. Redhill is going even more cheaper and tackier by the minute!!!

I find it really rude that when I request the staff if she/he can neatly remove/cut more of the dry skin I obviously still see after she has removed as per her routine, then she switches language in V...
I find it really rude that when I request the staff if she/he can neatly remove/cut more of the dry skin I obviously still see after she has removed as per her routine, then she switches language in Vietnamese and absolutely sounds like complaining. ( I.e. blabla “cut” yadayada). Personally, speaking non-english in front of any customer is so rude even if they make it seem as if they are just casually chatting amongst themselves. They gossip and complain in Vietnamese. Also, the service prices are expensive but the quality is absolutely poor, plus crappy customer service. To have SNS Powder polish on is £28 WITHOUT CLEANING/manicure. To have manicure is £10 but they don’t clean/tidy the skin well and the ordinary nail polish gets hugely chapped off in 3 days! That’s why I dont tip any staff because they gossip/complain in their native language in front of a customer (and Im hella sure I’m not the only customer who notices it and feels it’s rude).

Won’t do my nails here again. Every time my nails looks so fake and unprofessional and cheap. Plus they charge 3£ extra for a white tips😆 so greedy. Prices are high-quality is poor

Very rude especially one lady. I went in today to have my eyebrows waxed as there website said that they offered this service. Booked my appointment online and was sent an email straight away confirming my appointment( I booked the appointment Friday morning). Went in today to be told that they didn't offer eyebrow waxing and that my appointment had been cancelled. Apparently the rude woman had just found out and I said well I received no confirmation of this. I left obviously angry and grateful that I hadn't payed online. I then received an email 10/15 mins after my appointment time to say my appointment had been cancelled. Totally unacceptable

I have been going here since I was 16 I am now 21, I have moved away to London and I still come back home to go here because the staff are so lovely and to me their nails are the best & they are very loyal to me, if one breaks they always repair it for me for free. If you are loyal to them they will be loyal to you! Brilliant salon!!

Rude staff at first, I came in and they asked me to book an hour later which I did. Came back and they said I had to wait another hour, as I "hadn't booked". Came back an hour later and still had to wait 20 mins. The staff switched jobs for doing my nails, which I had to wait 20 mins for the other lady to finish my nails off. Above average price but average nails.

I came here with a friend to get acrylics done before our holiday to Mexico... the staff were very pushy and trying to get you to choose and colour as soon as you walk in the door. They wouldn't answer any questions asked prior to this. I was quite suprised at how rude nail shop staff can be.

I have been going here since I was 16 I am now 21, I have moved away to London and I still come back home to go here because the staff are so lovely and to me their nails are the best & they are very loyal to me, if one breaks they always repair it for me for free. If you are loyal to them they will be loyal to you! Brilliant salon!!
