I waited for an hour even though I booked for 12 and wasn’t seated till 1pm. She says she didn’t realise I want my nails done! She then did my cuticles on my right hand and then decide...
Worst manicure.
I waited for an hour even though I booked for 12 and wasn’t seated till 1pm. She says she didn’t realise I want my nails done! She then did my cuticles on my right hand and then decided not to do my left hand. Paint job was bad. She was rushing and now there’s paint all around my nails. It was sloppy. Never going back.

The most terrible manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Had to repaint my own nails the next day, had to ask the technician to trim my cuticles. Gel hasn’t bonded to my nails so they’re peeling, should last two weeks not 3 days... will not be returning

Used to always like going here until yesterday. Customer service was appalling, after making 3 of my fingers bleed I pointed this out and got blatantly ignored, told him again and didn’t care in the slightest not even an apology, quality of work is awful, my nails aren’t cut evenly with some being longer than others. After refusing to pay full price he threatened to cut my nails back down and told me not to come back, gladly!

The man in there cut my skin around my nails wiv the drill to point the other lady washed the cuts as there was blood plus have glue all around my nails

Very good manicurist did my nails, and they look excellent. However, on their brochure they have a price of 15 gbp for refills, but they charged me 18 gbp.

I waited for an hour even though I booked for 12 and wasn’t seated till 1pm. She says she didn’t realise I want my nails done!
