Asked for the same colour I had a week ago and said they didn’t have it, so I had to chose another and then guess what it appears later.
2 guys did my nails, I’ve asked not to use the drill on them, as ruin my nails, but then they HAVE to use it. Maybe coz it’s quicker and take less time with a drill so they can kick you out quicker.
asked the cost for mai-pedi (£50) then turn into £60 then £65?!?
Pedi: the guy said I didn’t need to scub the hard skin so he didn’t and he didn’t bother to massage the feet either ( even though I paid for it) my feet have still got hard skin coz hasn’t been scrubbed.
Asked glitters ( big and small) and the guy literally put 3 small one and none of the big one on my nails so I had to add them back home.
Mani: asked to cut my cuticles and said an extra £3 ?!? So I asked not to bother.
Felt like they just want to push me sour as quick as they possibly can.
Don’t understand when you talk to them and speak either with each other or on the phone all the time.
Prefer to go to the one behind Nando’s as least they talk to you and is much cheaper and the nails last longer.

Very rude attitude. A man dis my wife's nails and she said the acrylic nails are really poor quality and the man who did her nails did not push back cuticles and acted rudely when she asked for her nail which was wonky to be straightened a little.

The WORST place to get nails done, if you want to throw your money down the drain go to this nail salon. Was advised to get sns because it was better for nails but wasn't told they werent good for nail extensions so they lasted only a week, went back to get 2 nails fixed then the next day another snapped off to which I asked for a refund a was spoken to very rudely by the manager who said I would have to pay for the next one that snapped off because it was something I was doing wrong even though I heard one of the other ladies who worked there tell another customer that sns wasn't good for nail extensions I have also been get acrylic nails for years which usually last me 3-4 weeks so know pretty well how to look after fake nails. 35 quid down the drain and another 30 in petrol going to and Fro. Absolutely horrendous customer service, wouldnt step foot in the place again. The boss is a massive just rude with no people skills what's so ever and is just out right horrible and arrogant who doesn't know what quality nails look like of they hit him in the face. Now only 2 days after getting 3 of the nails redone another 4 have come off! Really bad quality and clearly don't know what they are doing, never ever had such a bad experience at any other nail salon.

DONT GO HERE!!! Worst nails I have ever had!!! I had to go to another nail place the next day to get them fixed. Asked her to trim my cuticles and she completely ignored me and didn’t trim them. Then I said a nail was wonky and she said she’d fix it later... she didn’t. Then she put 4 coats of nails polish on so that my nails cracked and smudged straight away. So she had to redo 3 nails and she used acetone to remove the nail polish (I had acrylics). Just horrendous service and nails.

Don't bother making an appointment they just take your booking and then when you turn up for your 2.30pm pedicure there are five other people with the same appointment!!! Only two pedicure chairs!
When challenged the owner was so rude and started shouting!!!
Don't go there!!!

Unfortunately they had already started my friends manicure but not a good job at all she wished she hadn't bothered
All you have to do is look at all the reviews ( something I didn't do!)to know not to go there

Went to have gel nails done for the third time(here) , first experience wasn't good with a male in his late 20s gave them a second chance & got a lovely lady !
Returned for third & LAST time to another young male who was rude , & made me feel very uncomfortable when I questioned why he'd used same bottom & top coat, had to ask him to not use machine on cuticles! & the lamp felt like it was burning my finger tips !!! Terrible place will never go again for what should been a nice experience !!!!!!!!!!

Very poor communication skills. Very rough treatment. The man who did my manicure was only looking sporadically at my nails while shaping them; too busy chatting with his colleagues. Sent me on my way buy my nails were not dry: smudged within a minute. Moreover, the "salon" is dirty and the towel i had to put my hands on was not clean. I would certainly not recommend it.

I had my nails done on Tuesday 12th Dec paid £35 and they are terrible! They have started to lift off all ready after just 3 days! The nail technician was sniffing the whole time and blowing his nose, had to tell him to wash hands before touching mine again! Very rude people do not even make a conversation with you! Would not recommend to anyone and would never go back to waste my money again!

The WORST place to get nails done, if you want to throw your money down the drain go to this nail salon. Then I said a nail was wonky and she said she’d fix it later... she didn’t. Then she put 4 coats of nails polish on so that my nails cracked and smudged straight away.
