My daughter had her £40 acrylics done and spent all her holiday money on them. After 3 days, 3 had fallen off! After returning from a holiday (2 weeks post appointment) she went in to complain and get them redone, but they refused to put them back on without her paying again! I have had nails done before, which lasted 4-6 weeks, but they are saying that 2 is OK???????
I am fuming and hope no one else goes to this dreadful place

Absolutely dreadful, the staff are rude and when getting my nails done he made my thumb bleed straight away, he then continued to put a blue liquid on my nail that really stag, I asked him what it was...
Absolutely dreadful, the staff are rude and when getting my nails done he made my thumb bleed straight away, he then continued to put a blue liquid on my nail that really stag, I asked him what it was he was putting on my hand, he didn't answers me, I asked one more time and I'm sure he started speaking in a didn't language which is just rude. I showed him a photo of the nails I wanted and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. They were nothing like the picture, shape or length! I wouldn't suggest this shop to anyone. Left in pain and disappointment with every part of the experience.

Much better since under new management. Gel nails removed and perfectly replaced in 45 minutes. The team was welcoming and happy. 5/5!

They are really good at acrylics but the service is terrible, if they didn't do a good job then I 100% wouldn't go back, they don't talk to you they just slap your hand and point at you, and drag your hand instead of having a conversation, the lady is really nice but the two men are two of the moodiest people I have ever met, its the only place in Guildford where the acrylics last like longer than a week so thats good.

Worst nail salon ever! They are rude and aggressive. The man who did my acrylics didn't put them all the way up to the cutical so I asked him if he could fix it politely. He then put loads more acryli...
Worst nail salon ever! They are rude and aggressive. The man who did my acrylics didn't put them all the way up to the cutical so I asked him if he could fix it politely. He then put loads more acrylic on top of his first attempt which then made them soooooo thick! In the end a woman who was blunt at the beggin when I walked in took over from him, who then kindly took them off free of charge and then let me leave. But, she was only nice to me when I was close to tears. When she took the acrylic off she put my hands in acetone for so long because of how thick the acrylics were! My hands now hurt and are now very, very, very dry.
Please don't go here, they are rude and just totally awful!

I went in today to take off acrylics and I was given a trainee to do my nails. I'm all for helping people have training but not when my nails are then scratched and damaged in the process. I ended up...
I went in today to take off acrylics and I was given a trainee to do my nails. I'm all for helping people have training but not when my nails are then scratched and damaged in the process. I ended up jerkin so much in pain one of the more experienced nail technicians finished my nails off. The job was so rushed , my nails were not filed evenly or with care, other customers got a hand massage with their manicures and I didn't - only sent away to rinse my hands and pay. I'm never going back to this place. Really not pleased at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Rushed, rude and disinterested. Had to go to the shopping centre to scrub my hands after as when I left I noticed one palm was covered in something which looked like blood. It wasn't mine.

My daughter had her £40 acrylics done and spent all her holiday money on them. After 3 days, 3 had fallen off! After returning from a holiday (2 weeks post appointment) she went in to complain and get them redone, but they refused to put them back on without her paying again! I have had nails done before, which lasted 4-6 weeks, but they are saying that 2 is OK???????
I am fuming and hope no one else goes to this dreadful place

They are really good at acrylics but the service is terrible, if they didn't do a good job then I 100% wouldn't go back, they don't talk to you they just slap your hand and point at you, and drag your hand instead of having a conversation, the lady is really nice but the two men are two of the moodiest people I have ever met, its the only place in Guildford where the acrylics last like longer than a week so thats good.

Worst nail salon ever! They are rude and aggressive. The man who did my acrylics didn't put them all the way up to the cutical so I asked him if he could fix it politely. He then put loads more acrylic on top of his first attempt which then made them soooooo thick! In the end a woman who was blunt at the beggin when I walked in took over from him, who then kindly took them off free of charge and then let me leave. I went in today to take off acrylics and I was given a trainee to do my nails. I'm all for helping people have training but not when my nails are then scratched and damaged in the process.
