DO NOT HAVE YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. Nails applied crooked. When I asked for it to be fixed, the nail technician became indignant. Too much acrylic used so that the nails were thick and chunky, especially at the tips. I asked for a square shape but received a fan shape. Literally horrendous. Walked in two weeks ago to ask for a REPAIR. The lady then began stripping my set if nails off which I had only had done at another place a WEEK BEFORE. They charged me £25 for a service that I didn't even ask for. The girl that served me kept pulling my hands and treating me like a rag doll. She cut one of my nails off to half the length of the others and then laughed at how short and stumpy it was in comparison to my other nails. Within a week my gel nails were broken and looked disgusting on my hand. I am not happy at all. Went back to get my gel taken off, the staff were rude once they'd realised they weren't getting any more money out of me. Lots of whispering to each other, looking at me and laughing which is just what people want!! I honestly have NEVER been somewhere so poor to get my nails done. Rude staff, 1) They cut you and don't say sorry 2) They get angry with you if you don't relax your hand! (Lady kept shaking my hand in anger and shouting relax relax) very unprofessional. 3)Very slow, took almost 2 hours to finish. 4) They blame you if they make a mistake for not 'relaxing' when my hand was quite clearly relaxed. An absolutely awful nail salon -- I would highly stress that you never go there. I went to get acrylics and the whole process was awful. The woman started by very roughly cutting my nails, very raggedly, and she did not touch my cuticles, even though they were a couple of millimetres long (meaning when the acrylics were put on there would've been a large gap between my nail bed and the acrylics). She then put on the acrylics but when I kept on asking for her to make them shorter, she would either only make them a tiny bit shorter or say I'll do it later and then when it got to 'later' she said it was too late to change the length. The state of my nails at this point was shocking as they were uneven, two even looked wonky, some of them were a lot thicker than the others, meaning they stuck out even higher than my actual fingers and looked ridiculous, and some had some sharp points, some didn't, even when I asked for them to be almond shaped. There was also a big gap even between where my cuticles ended and the beginning of the acrylics, so they already looked like they had grown out the second I walked out of the salon! When she finally got onto painting my nails, she didn't wait for the first coat to dry so the colour was smudged and there were also a lot of bubbles in the nail polish. I was then pressured to leave, even though my nails weren't dry, as it was getting close to 5:30 and it was very clear they wanted to close up and leave. When I left I was appauled at how I had been treated and the condition of my nails, considering it cost £25, so I called them up saying I wanted to come in the next day and get them to fix it. When I went in, there wasn't an apology, they just got to work and filed the nails down very roughly but they still weren't as short as I wanted them and they re-did the nail varnish but, again, made the same mistake so it was smudged. I was then left at the dryers and no-one came back to check on me so I just walked out after waiting there for a while, again there was no apology or good bye as I left and I had to file down my nails myself at home, and apply some clear nail varnish over some of my nails so that it wasn't blindingly obvious how awful they looked. When I went to get my nails taken off, I realised that when they buffed my nails with the machine (which was done extremely roughly), they have dug into my nails, taking off a couple of layers of my nail so I now have dips in every single one of my nails (the darker red parts of my nail as seen in pictures below) and there is also a weird yellow stain on the tip of one of my nails, which has never happened to me before so I can only assume it is a result of my time at the nails salon. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have but the minimum is one but I really recommend you never EVER go here as it will be a waste of money and they ruin your nails. Read Less

Done my nails exactly how I wanted, but let me go when my nails weren't completely dry and I smudged them but went back on the same day and they repainted them which was really good. It's been 9 days since I've had them done and the whole of my right hand the nails have come off. Not very happy. Read Less

Really not happy. Been here a few times and each time they have cut me with their files. They even caused a nasty infection in my sisters finger once. My nails are wonky, not the shape I wanted, and not painted properly. Only went here again because pinky nails in Woking is shut. Will not be returning at all Read Less

Really bad have been a few times went in for acrylic removal I've got home to find there's still acrylic left on my nails. Customer service also very poor too quick to grab you custom don't think about the customer returning ! Read Less

Absolutely shocking job of my daughters nails. Discusting behaviour from your staff slapping her hand for not keeping still! I will be coming in for a refund in the new year! Avoid this place like the plague!Read Less

They were really nice , really happy with my results even though the polish has some bubbles in and they were I little to strong when is came to filing my nails , it hurt a bit , but they were really nice even after they started and then we realised we had asked for the wrong thing !! I've been getting my nails done (acrylic infills & gel polish) for about a year now & have been to several different places. Thanfully, I've never encountered such sub-standard work before. I was passed between two technicians & the first technician burnt my nail with the electric nail file (which, unlike others I've seen, didn't have a variable speed setting). She was polite enough to apologise, but then told me I was sensitive; maybe I'm the rare case where overheating elec...tric files being incorrectly used make me oversensitive. I started to worry when I was asked to put the very thin layer of acrylic that had been applied under the uv lamp to cure... I've never had to 'cure' acrylic before. My Shellac polish wasn't sealed properly on the nail tip & the polish chipped within days on the tips & halfway up the nails. The shop offers a seven day repair if you retain the receipt, but I really dont want more poor work on my nails. I also noticed that the acrylic has chipped & cracked; one of my nails is broken in two half way down the nail bed & I'll probably need to replace my nail with an acrylic tip until it grows back. I've only ever had a nail break like that before when I trapped my fingers in a door & the nails snapped clean off. The only plus is that the staff were polite & pleasant, but I would not recommend anyone use this place as they are clearly incapable of providing an adequate service. See More Read Less
