I book for 4.30pm. By 4.50pm I ask whats going on as I have appointment and only put 1.15minutes for mani pedi. I get ushered to chair, where boiling hot water is poured in to sink. 5 minutes later the supposed therapist finishes his client goes out for a cigarette before coming back reaking of smoke to do my pedi. I tell them its too late for the manicure now. No apologies, no explanation, no trying to put it right. At the end of the pedicure I go to pay and am told £23. I said it is £32 for mani-pedi, you were late so I couldn't have mani - least you could do is only charge me half. No.. was the answer by Jan. I paid by cash (no credit card facility). I was not given a receipt and when asked was just stared at. This place should be closed down. I know somebody who had infected toe after being there. I am keen to speak to the owner. Its disgusting. i wouldn't even give it one star but had to so this review could be posted. Following this visit I removed my nail varnish a week later to find my nail had been so scratched I had to see chropodist to make sure it hadn't broken the nail. I am all for small business and lived overseas in various places most of my life but this is dispicable. CALL FOR CLOSURE. ITS ILLEGAL. Read Less

100% Amazing!!!!!! If I could give it more stars I would. I went into Taylor before my wedding last year. My nails had always been weak but I wanted nice nails for my wedding. Little did I know a few months later my nails would be transformed. I now go back every two weeks. Addicted Fantastic Service. Very Professional. The girls are all lovely. Went for a spa manicure and pedicure. Okay if you only want to focus on nails but if you are looking for a full spa experience-this isn't the place to be. I went there expecting a proper spa mani pedi but it didn't even come close to a normal mani-pedi. Nails were okay though. Read Less
