I phoned to make an appointment and said something like "can I book an appointment, I don't usually do nails is that what I would do?" I was told that they do not do nails and he did not know what I was taking about and would not tell me the name of the company. I doubled checked the number I had called and it was the same so after some confusion I called back and got the same man. I said that this was the number for Diamond Nails, what is your number, he said it was Diamond Nails and he thought I was a cold called. He said he did not understand me the first time I called, then after a while repeated it back almost word for word. He then got quite rude. Very strange indeed, I certainly would not use them, he was horrible!!!! I usually am very kind about giving stars but this man upset me. Read Less
