Had a shellac manicure today. Took over an hour and a half and was left waiting. Then had my nails ground down almost to the pulp despite me saying multiple times it was very painful. UV light was then extremely painful because my nails had been ground down so thin. Would never go back here.

CHARGED FOR INCOMPLETE SERVICE If you want to pay for extended waiting and terrible service, go here. If I could give nil stars, I would.... I asked if they could fit me in for a mani-pedi. Not a single "hello", someone just pointed to the chair they wanted me to sit in. After receiving the worst, unfinished pedicure I've ever had, the man doing it stood up without a word and walked away - I assumed to get the nail colour or serve a customer out of my view. After over 25 minutes, he still hadn't returned. He wasn't even in the shop. I had been in the store for over an hour by this stage and needed to leave. I was charged for the service. What a joke. Very attentive staff and after a luxury pedicure I felt I was walking on air. Lovely choice of nail colours to choose from. My massage chair wasn’t working but hey you can’t have it all...

Three of us went in today and all had a marvellous pedicure, they managed to fit us in at the same time. Wonderful service, wonderful staff and a wonderful pedicure. Would definitely recommend.

Do not go here. The tools they use are not cleaned between use, there was skin from the previous client on the clippers used on me and they reuse cotton wool pads. Cuticle removal was so rushed and ag...
Do not go here. The tools they use are not cleaned between use, there was skin from the previous client on the clippers used on me and they reuse cotton wool pads. Cuticle removal was so rushed and aggressive it drew blood. To top it all off the nail painting wasn't even good. Go to Skyrah 6 doors down the road.

I cannot express how disappointed I am for the service I had last time. I have been a regular customer for few years already and I have been treated very bad and screamed at for going back next day due to the worst manicure I have had. I had no idea that this is the way you treat an old customer. I will definitely not be going there anymore and couldn't help not telling all my friends about my experience.

My nails are just perfect !
Went with a friend. Gel are very good quality. 30 min to do them and stay for 2 or 3 weeks for £22. Highly recommend

Do not go here. The tools they use are not cleaned between use, there was skin from the previous client on the clippers used on me and they reuse cotton wool pads. Cuticle removal was so rushed and aggressive it drew blood. To top it all off the nail painting wasn't even good. Go to Skyrah 6 doors down the road.

I cannot express how disappointed I am for the service I had last time. I have been a regular customer for few years already and I have been treated very bad and screamed at for going back next day due to the worst manicure I have had. I had no idea that this is the way you treat an old customer. I will definitely not be going there anymore and couldn't help not telling all my friends about my experience.
