Charged £18 for in-fills which were rushed and came off in a week. Usually charged £16 and questioned it but they didn’t budge. Also really dirty and unfriendly.

With so many nail bars around, they really need to think about the lack of cleaning at this place. The tables are filthy from previous clients - all that's required is a dust out, a Mr Muscle wipe and...
With so many nail bars around, they really need to think about the lack of cleaning at this place. The tables are filthy from previous clients - all that's required is a dust out, a Mr Muscle wipe and fresh towels (not too much to ask).

Myself and my younger sister go in every 3 weeks for infills and usually they're ok for what you pay for but last Saturday my sister had her acrylics taken off and shellac put on top and by Tuesday they had started to badly chip away, so she went back in today to ask them to fix them for her and they said they would fix them free of charge as it was their error but as she was getting them done they started doing a manicure on her which she told them she didn't want and then t...he woman just said I will just do it anyway. As she was leaving they had the cheek to charge her £25 for the manicure which she told them she didn't want so she refused to pay as it was meant to be free of charge, they refused and made her pay £12 which is absolutely outrageous!!! We will not be coming back to this salon ever again! I would not recommend anyone to go to this salon! See More

Always a frendly welcome here, and they all do a great job with manicure and pedicure requests. Also a range of beauty treatments (I get my eyebrows waxed here) love it! Usually busy so best to book if you want to make sure you are seen in your time frame, but if time is not an issue they will fit you in as soon as they can, and get you a drink while you wait! ☺

My daughter had medium length well-kept nails but wanted them nicely shaped for school so we asked for a manicure with a neutral colour. The manicurist didn't speak English well and cut my daughter's nails to the quick and smudged the varnish. The manicure was also very painful.
Awful experience!

The hygiene in this place is non existent they use equipment on feet as well as hands with NO sanitisation !!!!
