I cannot recommend this place. They do a very poor and unprofessional job and the atmosphere is terrible and unfriendly. In fact, I actually told the man who was doing the "manicure" with the electric file that he hurt me a few times (feeling like a burning). I told him to be careful and slow down because they do it SO fast like was a race! With indifference (I don't care) and a rude attitude he didnt even apologise but simply ignored me. He didn't say anything. Its a shame because went there berfore and the ladies seems doing "acceptable" job also they have the condition of just accepting Cash! Very good for they business I believe. To be honest I used to go there for the convenience of location but now had enough... rather to go somewhere else where I am appreciated as a customer and they do a good job. Also it's quite expensive. Also guys, don't take my word for it... I am attaching some photos of their unprofessional job- clearly you can see how this man left sharp bits under and border of the entire nails and very bad shaped thumb nails (which actually where a few) and the gross remains of colour enamel under the whole nails! Didn't cut my cuticles or shape my nails properly, I left with a cakey layer of nail polish and sharp nails with bits on the sides, I had to go home and fix this after paying for the service! Very sloppy colouring with nail polish on my skin... Read Less

Absolutely outrageous and ridiculous place. Had my manicure done in less that 5 minutes, followed by 10 coats of gel nails, that were not applied properly. The shape, texture and manicure job was that of a 5-year-old. When confronted about this, they were extremely rude. Would not ever recommend this place. Save yourself the time, money and nerves. Horrendous dirty place. Popped in this morning as couldn't get an appointment at my usual place. Was greeted by a woman clearly with a nasty cold who was rubbing her nose with her hand. Was asked to go upstairs for pedicure and had to walk past a load of crap on the dirty stairs. Got upstairs to a filthy room and the woman was so rude I walked out. Entire place is filthy. Pay a tenner more and go somewhere clean and with great service in Epsom. Read Less
