Had an appointment booked with my sister for sns, they didn't tell me on the phone that they only had 5 colours available (which were not very nice) and kept me waiting an hour past my appointment while the guy that was meant to be doing my nails sat in a massage chair! By the time they offered to start on my nails I had to go anyway as it was too late for me. So I don't know what the quality there is like - but not a very good experience! Read Less

I have been to this salon a number of times and initially thought it was good value. However, I have been very disappointed with the service today. I made an appointment for 9.30am, but no one turned up, called me to say they were running late, or even answered the phone. I am eight months pregnant so gave up standing outside at 9.55. When I called to ask what had happened, the man said he had been stuck in traffic (on a Saturday morning). I did not even get an apology until I suggested that it would be appropriate.
