Pros - looks nice and bright and clean, lots of choice, finished nails looked very nice at the very end. Cons - Rude, argumentative staff, ruining the experience. I had SNS nails done by a man in The Nail Boutique who was argumentative, rude and talked to me as if I was a child. One of my nails needed a tip, and it appeared to have a huge dip in the middle after it was put on which I only noticed after the filing process had been completed. I pointed this out, and he said 'well I asked you if you were happy with the shape' and continued to argue back and forth (being the nail professional, I would have thought he would have noticed that himself as he was working on the nail). Surely the first thing you should say is 'I'm sorry, let me fix that for you', especially if it is due to substandard work. Another lady had to take over to finish the job in the end. Listen to your customers. Do not argue back with them. Do not say to them 'that mark is because you are moving your hands back and forth too much', when querying a dust blob that appeared around the drying process (I moved my hand to the dryer, like I was asked to - apparently that was moving my hand too much). I can't control it if dust settles onto my nails! Just say 'no problem, I will fix that for you'. You turned what should have been a lovely experience into a horrible one. When paying for a beauty service, you should be able to leave like you have been pampered. I will not go back there. Read Less

After myself & my two daughters using this nail salon since it first opened, we've found the owner & staff incredibly rude. The owner is generally moody & doesn't smile. This salon has gone downhill & im positive it will go out of business very soon. We are glad we've now found a lovely nail salon. The staff are really professional & friendly. Read Less

I have been going to this salon since they opened and never once had an issue with the quality of nails or the staff. The staffs are welcoming and friendly . Always happy with my nails and waxing treatments. I highly recommend this little gem! Read Less

Rude staff, especially the lady who seems to be in charge. I've never once seen her smile. And they seem to be constantly too busy to give you the attention you'd think a £55 "spa" mani pedi might warrant. Just sent round the shop without so much as a please or a smile. Used to get my nails done here quite regularly but the quality seems to be going downhill. Shellac used to last 3-4 weeks but now breaks within 2-3 days! The last time I had to go back twice to fix the same nail, without a sorry in sight. Will be finding a new nail place! Read Less
