Quite rude in there. Never get a smile. I had a sore toe and explained to leave it alone which was totally forgotten about 3 times which really hurt. No apology as I flinched just looked at me in an a...
Quite rude in there. Never get a smile. I had a sore toe and explained to leave it alone which was totally forgotten about 3 times which really hurt. No apology as I flinched just looked at me in an annoyed manner. Always liked a pedicure in there but wont be going again due to bad customer service.

Absolutely rude staff! Can't even greet you properly when walking in. Got my nails done a few times and the one staff member hurt me so badly with his file down machine, I ended up bleeding! He never ...
Absolutely rude staff! Can't even greet you properly when walking in. Got my nails done a few times and the one staff member hurt me so badly with his file down machine, I ended up bleeding! He never even apologised, just jumped up in anger and stormed out the shop leaving someone else to finish his job (poorly) Will never go there again! 🖓

I only walked in to remove my shellac, the lady was very kind and i loved the service. At the end i even had a very nice handcream applied. Definitely coming back. Also the prices are very good.

really BAD set of nails done by one of the owners on my relative. Completed a new whole set in approx 40 mins, infills take longer! Left cuticles on one hand completely undone, looked like the nails had been on 2 weeks after 3 days. Very disappointing as used to be such a great salon. Left nails incomplete, without top coat and sat relative under the heater, had to ask them to put a top coat on! Didn't realise that the rest of the job hadn't been done till too late, will not be going back
