Horrendous service, lady who did my nails was very rough and abrupt! Ended up with very wonky nails, when I said something she then had a go at me for not telling her I wanted them square... they may have been square but they were WONKY.
will never go back, wouldnt reccomend anyone going there unless you want you waste your money.

I'm sorry but did we all get treated at same place. The nails done were awful didn't go to edges and grew out in a couple of days. Very loud abrupt woman by till possibly owner shouting and on her mob...
I'm sorry but did we all get treated at same place. The nails done were awful didn't go to edges and grew out in a couple of days. Very loud abrupt woman by till possibly owner shouting and on her mobile phone all the time. Seem to be constantly shouting orders at other staff all the time. Also use of english language very rare so felt uncomfortable when sitting in front of people talking in other language. Terrible customer service and nails wouldn't return avoid.

First time at this salon, I had acrylics taken off, gel overlay put on with gel polish for only £35 and the lady was so gentle and attentive. Also throughout the entire visit every customer was chatting away to the staff like they had been going there years, another thing was that the staff were not all taking to one another over the customers as they do in most other salons so I will definitely be going back when I need an infill. Well done vy's I am one very happy customer thankyou 😊

only went in there to remove some gel extensions, I have come out in huge amounts of pain and nails that are so thin and broken that they’re bleeding

only went in there to remove some gel extensions, I have come out in huge amounts of pain and nails that are so thin and broken that they’re bleeding
Complete overuse of the drill on my natural nails, so much that my nails are paper thin and completely damaged and painful
I have had gel extensions removed elsewhere in the past and my nails have come out perfectly healthy and beautiful
Absolutely distraught and can’t believe they can call themselves qualified nail technicians.
Everytime I told her that it was hurting, she just apologised but did the same to every single nail.
