Had an awful experience here. After waiting a while to be seen, my nails were roughly and hurriedly filed down and weren't straight, still have chips and uneven bits in them. The final result didn't seem to bad until 3 days after having the shellac on, my first two nails had chipped. I went in for these to be touched up and they did do this with no problem. By the Friday, a week after having them painted 3 more nails had chipped and on my middle finger you could see where the shellac coating is lifting and going to chip at any point. The nails had obviously not been sealed properly which even I (not a nail technician) know. I have never had such a bad experience with a shellac manicure. The smallest amount of time a set has lasted for me is 2 weeks and yet this manicure only lasted 3 days and then after repair chipped again by 7 days. I went in when I next could to speak to them about it and all i got was rudeness and the guy blaming me for the chipping. They then did the poorest touch up job and the clear top layer is clogged in my cuticles and on my skin. I will never be going here again. The one good thing about this is the price but as my mum always says - you get what you pay for. I have my own shellac kit at home and I will resume doing them myself so they actually last.
