If I could put minus stars I would....Had the worst experience tonight, staff threatening and aggressive and basically assaulted me ! I went back after 2 days of having a new set of acrylics when one thumb nail chipped off on a corner. They re-did this and didn't charge me. A week later the other thumb did the same and I noticed that several nails were lifting so tonight I went back after work to ask them to sort it out. I explained I'd already had to come in and the nails were obviously not right. I've been going there for a few years now and lately they seem to be a bit hit and miss. This time the nails also weren't the same length one hand to another either and generally I wasn't happy so when they started lifting I decided that wasn't OK. They offered to do infills which of course meant my new white tips were no longer white ! He then said did I want a colour, which I didn't really have a choice about. When they'd finished I was the only person in the shop with two men. I went to leave and he asked for £16 payment !! I said no, the previous set had barely lasted a week and were not right from the start with two broken nails, weirdly in the same way, both on the thumbs so I wasn't paying again after already paying £28 just over a week ago. They then both argued with me aggressively to the point of one of them grabbing my wrist demanding to take the colour off !!! I pulled it away but he repeatedly tried to do this very aggressively, grabbing at my wrist and I had to be very firm and demand that he didn't touch me. He then barred the door and refused to let me leave. I tried to make them understand why I would not pay and reminded them I'd been a customer for several years but they continued to argue and the one by the door was still threatening. I said I'd come back and speak to their Manager because I didn't think I was being unreasonable but they still were shouting and demanding money. I then said I'd call the Police as they wouldn't let me leave and were being threatening. Finally the one by the door opened it and shouted at me several times to f... off. I could report this to the Police but it's probably not worth wasting their time. A nasty experience that if I wasn't used to dealing with aggressive people at work may have been much more upsetting. I had already decided to try somewhere else and this just finalised it for me....I wouldn't recommend anyone go there as there is plenty of choice and no one should ever have to put up with that level of abuse.
