Shocking service, new customers BEWARE. Rude, lying staff. After my daughters first visit this week I called to explain the nails looked awful and she had been overcharged, when she tried to voice this they dismissed her as she's a teenager. I returned with her today to get them redone, Kim had agreed to redo and refund the overcharge. At the end he refused to refund the overcharge trying to tell me there had been a price increase, in two days!!!! Rude, lying staff who care only about money not customer satisfaction. Will go out of my way to ensure the word is spread how awful they are. Clearly others agree by reading their reviews, wish we'd read them first. BE WARNED

Please NOBODY GO HERE I got my acrylics repainted on Tuesday to leave and find that they were awful they were bumby and all chipped ,plus whilst I was in there I got them to redo two nails which they huffed and redone terrible not trying , service was rushed and very rude !! I went back today after they agreed to give me back some money as I was charged too much and redo my nails which they redid my nails fine however two have already chipped ( it’s been an hour ) ! And went back on there words of giving me back the money they owed ! They completely refused to give me it back even though they agreed I shouldn’t of been charge d that much ! Very rude and only care for money not the job of the nails ! Will never be returning absouluty horrfied .

Well I have been coming here for almost a year not the first time had problems. Last Wednesday I went for my appointment with Henry only to get there and it is still shut. For refurb which should have been finished No call from them to let me know. And there phone is clearly off the hook. As I can’t call them.
Will not be going back there again. In fact found a lovely place in North Cheam. Things happen for a reason !!!!! 😡😡😡 as a beauty therapist myself I certainly wouldn’t treat clients with such little regard. And they are not friendly at all !!!

Generally clean. Don't ask for ombre nails. Mine looked awful and had to reshape and blunt the sharp corners of acrylic when I got home

Always go to Banstead Nails. Shellac always lasts 3 weeks. Fast professional job. No place better

Shocking service, new customers BEWARE. Rude, lying staff. After my daughters first visit this week I called to explain the nails looked awful and she had been overcharged, when she tried to voice this they dismissed her as she's a teenager. I returned with her today to get them redone, Kim had agreed to redo and refund the overcharge. Please NOBODY GO HERE I got my acrylics repainted on Tuesday to leave and find that they were awful they were bumby and all chipped ,plus whilst I was in there I got them to redo two nails which they huffed and redone terrible not trying , service was rushed and very rude !! I went back today after they agreed to give me back some money as I was charged too much and redo my nails which they redid my nails fine however two have already chipped ( it’s been an hour ) ! Well I have been coming here for almost a year not the first time had problems. Last Wednesday I went for my appointment with Henry only to get there and it is still shut. For refurb which should have been finished No call from them to let me know. And there phone is clearly off the hook. As I can’t call them.
Will not be going back there again. In fact found a lovely place in North Cheam. Things happen for a reason !!!!! 😡😡😡 as a beauty therapist myself I certainly wouldn’t treat clients with such little regard. And they are not friendly at all !!!
