I had acrylics done. When I first walked in i was told to pick a colour immediately. The general atmosphere was quite enjoyable though the girls in there didn't speak very good English. We had two appointments, one of us got seen (late) and I was still waiting , they called everyone before me and accused me of not having an appointment. The staff in here over book and put the people without booking before the people with bookings! I also think they are over priced and quoted me £20 on phone but £25 after nails! I'd rather go out my way and go to camberly instead! Read Less

The ladies are clearly under pressure to get the treatment over asap! Felt so rushed and they piled on the nail varnish (thick blobs) so one is made to keep ones hands under the fan for ages in an attempt to dry these thick coats. As a manicurist myself, this is not the way to do it. I must have sat under the fan for fifteen minutes and the undercoat was still wet!
