I would say I received a disappointing service here. At the time of my appointment (10am) the shop was still closed and I waited 10-15 mins outside the shop until they arrived late (10:10am). Once they arrived it was a rush to get everyone in. The pedicure I had was decent but only lasted 20 mins and was chipping off after two weeks. I am used to pedicures lasting way over a month. I was twice in this place. Both time poor quolity manicure. It like very very express manicure, very quick and messy. Not clean around nails etc. After 2 days this manicure of course look bad and polish start gone. twice waiste time.. I moved to Ashtead area few months, very appalling customer service, I would not recommend. No manners at all and very discriminatory and inequality. This male staff kept talking and the gals will look my direction. They made me felt really unease. The service i was given was discriminatory cause i was brown skin. They really need to but their acts together. This is 2017 you do not know where i work or what i 'm worth. I live in Ashtead 'assholes' and i may be living in a mansion just like your white folks. I tried Julies Nails at the end of last year, and have been going faithfully ever since.  I love how clean the shop is.  Like most nail bars that I've been to, I was initially intimidated by the (perceived) language barrier, but as I go there fairly often, I am realising they are probably just as intimidated.  They are actually quite friendly, and often include customers on conversations between themselves. The customers are also quite friendly and often talk to each other.  They are knowledgeable about what they do and offer good advice.  I would definitely recommend them. Read Less

This nail salon is the best!!! I had a normal manicure (not shellac) which I had done last Friday! I have been on the beach nearly every day, sand, salt water, sun cream and it's now Thursday evening and not a single chip in sight! For £10 it is unbelievable value! Read Less
