I asked for a French manicure, the manicurist asked if I wanted it thick or thin, I said thin. I came away with half my nail painted white, as she kept going back over the white and making it bigger after showing me one for my approval. She didn't even bother with a hand massage. She wiped on some lotion and patted my hand instead of actually doing the massage. They did fit me in as a walk in, and £33 would have been a good price had I gotten a decent manicure and finishing massage. Won't be going back. Read Less

I've been going to TT nails now for over a year, I have a pedicure and acrylics. They ALWAYS do a fantastic job, sometimes my infills can be four weeks in-between and I've never lost a nail. My pedicure is always brilliant, removing all my horrid hard skin. I'd struggle to find somewhere better for quality and price! Read Less

I went to TT nails for the 1st time yesterday after moving to Newmarket from Slough. I went to my old salon in Slough for over 10 years so I was quite nervous. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen straight away. I had an acrylic infill and normal polish on my toes. The guy doing my nails did exactly as I asked and I am very pleased with the initial results. My infills usually last around 2 - 2 1/2 weeks so am keen to see how I get on. I got a full new set of acrylics and I've had them on a week and 3 days and 7 nails have come off, I got 4 replaced on Saturdays and now another 3 have come off! I paid £36 to have 7 fall off in under two weeks, please save your money and go else where!!! This nail salon is good for in-fills!! Read Less

It was my first time going there and I must admit I felt quite nervous! But I was made to feel so comfortable in there it was such a lovely and friendly environment! The person doing my nails was lovely, always checked to make sure I was happy with my nails etc! Well worth the money and I'll definitely be going back! Read Less

I will be fair with my review... the first time I had my nails done at TT nails, I was so impressed, they looked amazing and lasted 3 weeks with no lifting. Me and my sister went a 2nd time for infills, I showed the nail tech a picture and asked if he was able to do what I asked and he said yes... then when it came to doing my nails I feel that he had bitten off more than he could chew and them was swarmed with a few customers, his response to the picture I showed him a secon...d time with my chosen colours was 'I don't feel like painting that colour today' so I showed him another picture and he claimed that the tools used in the photo were stickers (I know this is untrue) not wanting to cause a scene I sat quietly and let him paint what he wanted... at the end I had barbie glitter nails (which I hated) I paid, went to my car and cried. The next day after I had calmed down, I went back and asked if I could have my nails done in the colour I asked for...the nail tech was rude to me and even tried to overcharge me... although my nails are now one of the colours I wanted, they are lumpy and I will now be forking out even more money to have them done better somewhere else. Very overpriced!! only had gel acrylics and cost me £40. The staff are rude and don't engage in conversation with you. The lady that did my nails even made me bleed and clearly cannot paint an even coat because some parts of my nails had gaps in. After several disappointing visits to other cambridge nail shops I have finally found one that does my nails how I want them, they really listen to what you want, and talk to you and not between themselves, I would highly recommend a trip to Newmarket and TT Nails fantastic place, see you again in a few weeks. Went to TT Nails, really looking forward to getting an awesome manicure and pedicure.  I recently moved from USA and was in major need of manicuring my hang nails.The nail salon technicians are very polite.  I believe Andy did my nails.Went in with hang nails galore and way over grown cuticles.Spent over 50 GBP equivalent to $100 US Dollars on a manicure and pedicure.What I got was unmanicured nails, I still had all my hang nails which bother me to no end and untrimmed cuticles.  Why did I go in there?  I constantly had to keep telling the guy can you cut that cuticle please?  He used the oily stuff that makes your nails and cuticles look all pretty when he decides he's cut all the cuticles that need to be cut off, so it is very hard to tell if he has done a good job or not.  Once I left the oily stuff absorbed into my skin and my nails looked just as the same as they did as when I first went in there.  I totally wasted $100 US Dollars on a bad manicure and pedicure, my toes did not look any better, still had over grown skin hanging around, and that is the reason why I went into the nail salon to get them trimmed and looking nicely, not leave looking like the cave woman I first was when I walked in there.  Very disappointed.  Still in search of a good nail salon in the Suffolk area.  If anyone can suggest one, please hit me up.
