Been coming to Miss Saigon for years now and every time I am home from Uni I get my nails done here as it’s just the best place in the area! I have been going here for a long time but my experience the last couple of times had been terrible. On thurs I went in for a full set and the girl sat me down and started doing my nails. Every two or three minutes she would stop, get out her phone send a few messages on messenger and then carry on. I was starting to get really annoyed with this when to my utter disbelief out comes the phone again and she starts FaceTiming someone! I couldn’t believe that a client sat in fron...t of them could mean so little to her, and whether or not there is a language barrier , to do that is down right rude. She was paying so little attention that the quality of the nails she has done are really poor. They are all lumpy , and for £36 def not what I expected. I went to pay to find , to finish off my experience, that the loyalty card was not going to be honoured , as they had discontinued ( even though they still had them on the counter??!)
