She also was very knowledgeable about the products they sell and was able to recommend something for me to solve my dry skin issues, but also took into account that I have a toddler and sometimes there isn’t time for a 4 step skin routine. Went for the 'yummy mummy' package and it was fantastic. The therapist was friendly and made me feel completely at ease (important when you feel like a whale and are only in underwear on the table) Will definitely be going back, it's just a shame they don't take gratuity via card. Booked a Gelish Pedicure for my first visit to Purity - the actual pedicure itself was nice, however the colour I chose from the swatches looked entirely different in the pot and on the nail. I was told that the swatches may have faded in the sunlight.... We ended up putting another gel colour over the top as I wasn’t happy. But this has meant I have ended up with 5 layers of gel on my toenails - they look very thick and overloaded not very happy! Read Less

I visited the salon for the first time this morning for a full body massage including face and scalp. I couldn't have been more happy! Samantha was friendly and polite and made me feel extremely relaxed (which is always great when you're on a table in only pants!), and she made sure to ask what kind of pressure I liked and what the massage was for (relaxation and not tension-reducing, in my case). I had my first ever experience here today, after few years of hearing such good things when I I worked in Ipswich I always told my self I was going to go there one day to have a treatment, but my a had a present from my brother In Law for a full body pregnancy massage which was what I and my body needed. It literally has made my day/week/month. The lady who down this treatment was so professional and the best of best i felt so comfortable in the room and as soon as I stepped in the door. I'm not comfortable With having my body out but today it has made me feel a whole lot better be issue of the way I was treated. I can't thank you enough ... Emma has been taking care of my treatments for years and always been extremely happy with every aspect, I have had various treatments and all have been brilliant.
