I can't even begin to explain how screwed over I was. They charged me $50 for solar nails (1 color) and their menu says $35. Do NOT get your nails done with Tom. He was very rude and Everyone there was very nice to me. Tom asked me if I wanted a full set, which I did. Never let me have the chance to tell him I wanted it on my natural nail. I had a old set on and he clipped them off to where all my growth was gone. Instead of soaking them he picked them off which hurt extreme...ly bad to where I started sweating. I told him it hurt and he just said well soaking them would take too long. Then he began to buff my nails with the drill. He was going to fast and hard that he kept nicking my cuticle skin. I told him to slow down and be careful because I don't want to get an infection. When he had my color on and was shaping it I told him narrow almost coffin shape so they won't look like duck feet as they grow out. He didn't even try to make them correctly. The color isn't even filled all the way they have room near my cuticles. Also they are very thick. When cleaning them up they usually use the cone shaped drill bit to clean up under the nail. He didn't use it, he used the normal cylinder bit. It hurt really bad and scared me and when I told him, he told me to be quiet and watch the tv. This tore up my finger tips and the natural nail underneath is all f-Ed up so now when they grow out my natural nails will be ugly and thinner. I have been getting my nails done forever and this was literally the worst experience I have ever had. On top of that my friend had the same thing done to her nails by another lady and hers came out great! She paid only $35 for hers and mine cost me $50. I'm almost sure Tom screwed me over because he was pissed that I knew when he was doing the job wrong. I have experience doing nails like this seeing as I've done my own and read up on all the proper ways this should be done. Oh and not to mention the clear coat they stick on top he didn't get the nail edges and had to tell him to fix it as well and he rolled his eyes at me and half assed it. For a start, the lady doing my nails didn't seem very interested or focused on actually doing my nails, she would've rather been speaking to her co worker next to her, I didn't mind her not talking to me as I'm not a very sociable person with people I don't know but she could have at least payed attention... this isnt all! After leaving the salon I went home, i walked and it took me about 15 minutes, once I got home, I showed my other half my new nails and at least half of the polish on my thumb nail was scrunched up in the middle of my nail.. disappointed, but this can happen.. what I'm really annoyed with is that NONE of the nails match in shape, they're all supposed to be pointed but at least 4 of them point in different directions, the nails themselves arent semetrical and don't match the sister nail (both pinky nails for example are completely different shapes). Not only are none of my nails actually matching the shape of the others, some are shorter/longer than their sister nails and some of them aren't even the same size (width) as my real nail! And to top it off, I've had to spend at least an hour trying to pick pieces of glue and acrylic off of my actual skin around my nail. I'm very disappointed, the only thing I like about my nails is the colour. I gave 1 star because google won't let you put any less, and I chose the colour myself so it's not like they got that right either. I wish I could attach pictures of how terrible they are. Read Less

Good nails, poor service. Got tutted at to ask for a bit of glitter and charged £5 more for having more than 2 colours.. I still have the same amount of nails to be painted no matter what colour they are (max took the nail artist 2 mins more to do).. Read Less

I walk up no one is there...some lady comes from behind me that I didn't even see outside w/ earphones on (guessing she was sitting in her car) to begrudgingly ask what she can do for me. I sit down and the ladies that are doing my nails are not talkative what so ever to the point when i talk to them i barely can get a response. Then we have the lady who comes in and starts getting on to all the nail techs about something in front of customers. Completely rude and unprofessio...nal, but then there's a double dose because another lady comes in minutes later to also start getting on to the nail techs about things. Oh wait then along with these ladies you have some guy walking around in a loud voice talking on the phone caring on about personal business like nothing. Overly priced and the prices don't match what's in their nail price brochure either. There was not one person there with a little bit of customer service that I came into contact with. This was seriously the best experience I have ever had and I have been getting my nails done for 17 years at various nail salons. They have the best selection of dipping colors and they are so sweet. Beware! Horrible experience! I give this 0 stars! It was horrible. There place was filthy. The floors had trash and dust, nails all over salon. Doesn't looked like it had been swept in a year. The chair foot stool was broken and loose. The pedicure was done by a guy that said nothing to me. They have their own boxes with nail supplies. They were not in bags and sanitized. Tools didn't look new and had been used on other clients. He used a nail file to file top of bed nail d...own instead of buffing them. The guy doing nails took a long time a s then asking me if I wanted more then one coat. He should already know it needs more then one coat. I never saw any state licenses for employees.. Hope I don't get infections from their nail equipment. The cashier couldn't even give me a receipt saying their computer was not working right. We signed a piece of paper. They are a lil over priced. Today my co-worker and myself were gonna go somewhere else but found it closed to we looked up reviews of nail salons and came across this place. Having read they use fresh fruit and seen some of the reviews we decided to give it a try. Let me tell you we walked in and the place looked awesome there was even a fresh fruit bar that they use for salon need and many types to choose from. They will pamper you like a princess and leave you feeling great! Now not to brag but ok I a...m gonna gush there's a guy there named Thai and as a hard working teacher that on her feet a lot he work my toes out and my leg he gave the best massage I have ever experienced in my nail salon experience. Went it was all said and don't i felt awesome and rejuvenated they offered us drinks and made us feel welcome. It is a little bit pricey but totally worth it! Worst place to get nails done! The gel peels of in less then a week and they do not help if your unhappy. Very poor management services or for that matter there's no management. They give 50% off for your birthday and it's a lie they up the prices and make u feel like crap for asking about it they do the service half ass!!!!! I will never go back!!!!
