Overall my treatment with Tyanna was lovely, however it did start 5min late and finished 5min early. On arrival the staff did not greet me and did not acknowledge me, also I was not aware of the checking-in system and nobody was willing to inform me. I only noticed it when another client arrived and checked-in for their appointment. I've just had the best massage, a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage by Viki. I had a lot of tension and knots and the pressure was perfect to sort those issues. I wanted the hairs removed from my ears as I found them to be annoying during & after swimming in the sea of which I do quiet regularly. I had never been in one of these places before, never been waxed before. I found this place to have a very nice soothing & calm atmosphere with very nice & polite staff, who are interested in you. The waxing was excellent, comfortable & relaxing. To walk into this premises straight off of the street is quiet something else. I will certainly return and I will inform others about it as well. It was my first time here today. I was looking for somewhere in Ipswich which was nicer than just a nail bar for my daughters birthday. She didn’t make it to the appointment (that’s another story!) so I went instead. It was lovely, nice decor, calm environment and lovely therapists. Had my first treatment today (full body and scalp massage) with Viki. My experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone has a smile on their face, they make you feel very VIP and they are very professional. Viki was fantastic, I felt really relaxed after my massage and I was given complimentary juice and fruits after it, as well as a goody bag for being a new customer. Had lashes infills today with Bethany brought down smaller in length she really took her time in getting them perfect took out all loose lashes infilled smaller in length was doing this over time gradually coming down in size but even with time against her she done a great job I also want to thank the girls for fitting me in with such short notice for the lashes and Bethany again for her quick and accurate skills on lashes and new tips inbetween infills I went in the salon feeling quite down but come out feeling very happy so thank you all once again you have a happy customer and i wish you all every happiness with your 5 years anniversary at the salon and many more to come you all deserve a wonderful evening Read Less

Really impressed with my brow appointment with Naomi today especially as I didn't really know what I wanted! She took the time to explain everything to me and kept checking I was happy with the progress etc. I even ended up having a different, cheaper treatment than I went in for as this was better for me at this time which shows the clients come first. Had my second round of microblading on Saturday...and I am sooooo happy with the results. I am so thankful I went to Sue, she's a perfectionist and won't stop perfecting until you tell her you're 100% happy. I can't wait for them to heal and never have to touch them up with a brow palette again. For anyone thinking about getting their eyebrows microbladed, I would urge you to see Sue, it's semi-permanent make up and there's a lot of people trying to make a quick buck off it without in depth training. I came into the salon for the first time this Thursday gone and had yumi lashes with Bethany - she was amazing, extremely friendly and made my lashes look phenomenal - I don't think I can live my life without having yumi lashes regularly now. I then came in the next day (Friday) to have my makeup done with Sue - who was also extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable - she done my makeup amazingly and constantly checked if I was happy with what she had done! What a beautiful salon. I had a voucher for my birthday and decided to go for a facial, I phoned for an appointment and I managed to get an appointment for the same day which I was really please about. Emily carried out my treatment and it was excellent, she was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. After my treatment instead of being faced with pushy sales techniques about produces Emily and the salon manager spent some time with me to talk about an question regarding a skin condition. They couldn't have done enough for me and I was even given several samples of the products that had been used during my treatment.
