Had my highlights done at Capel. What should have been a two hour appointment ending at 11am ended up with me still there at 15:00. After my 9am appointment II go all the way home to find my highlights at the front had been applied with a dry brush and therefore were patchy and looked dreadful, with horizontal stripes across them. This had been invisible while in the salon as the lights are very dim. I went back to complain and they didn't want to check through the rest of the highlights, after I insisted, they reluctantly did and found another patchy, blotchy highlight at the back, a rather large one which would have looked horrendous if I'd walked around with it. After the correction my hair was blow dried by a junior, instead of the senior stylist I had paid for. When I got home I checked in the mirror and all the new, "corrected" highlights are orange. Not blonde as they had looked in the salon - the lighting is deceptive! They have given me a voucher but it isn't any good as I'm too worried to go back for more botch jobs. Read Less
