Went in on 5/20 to have my nails done. I normally do acrylic but was told I had to have gel because of design, which of course cost more. Was told that Gel nails would last just as long as acrylic and was pretty much the same just better for my nails. My nails cost $65 + my husband tip $10, so $75 which is the most I’ve ever spent on nails. My nails looked awesome except one that was crooked. Within one week 5 nails FELL right off!! I didn’t hit my nails, none broke, they jus...t fell off. I called on 5/29 telling the girl how my nails were just falling off and they needed to be fixed. She said ok and sched an appt for 6/6 which was when I could come. I was going out of town for my great grandmothers 100 birthday on 6/7 so I wanted everything perfect for the trip, said I would pay for the other 5 to be filled if needed by then and she said that sounded good. Well before my appt I had another nail fall off. I called to let them know my other were falling off too and wanted to make sure that this was going to be fixed, I was not paying extra for nails that wouldn’t even stay on 2 weeks. The girl sounded confused and said she would talk to her manager and they would call me back. I NEVER got a phone call. The day of my appt I had a flat tire. Was called by Amy who was going to do my nails, understood why I couldn’t make it at that time, offered another appt with someone else. But when I asked if a manger was talked to she was confused and had no idea about anything that was going on. I cancelled the appt and went to another place who did all of my nails acrylic with the design I wanted, surprise!! It didn’t have to be Gel, and only paid $35!!!! Haven’t had any issues with these!! It’s sad though, I just moved to this area and the first place I go to was horrible. In my hometown I could get any acrylic with designs on every nail, only pay $25, and you’d have my pry them off months later!! They lasted forever!!! Beyond disappoint with this over priced place. Aweful job after waiting 20 minutes after appointment due to to last chatting to her friend! My nails were then done poorly ! Requesting white tips she put the tips halfway down my nail so my tips were more than my actual nail ! Would never go here again . Read Less

Where do I start! My nail technician wasn’t even in the shop when I arrived on time for my appointment. She turned up 10 minutes later! Didn’t even ask me what I wanted doing with my nails, I had to stop her what she wanted to do. She was so rough, and to prove this she cut me with a hand nail file!! (Which shouldn’t hurt) Half way through she dissapeard for 10 minutes. I also asked for almond shape and got round, and my nails aren’t even straight they’re on the wonk!! My friend recently visited this place to get her nails done for her upcoming wedding. Not only did they go against what she asked for but they made a dire job of it, giving her the most garish unsightly nails which no one in their right mind would want on a standard day, let alone their wedding day! Zero attempt at conversation made by the nail technician either, not an ideal way of making a bride feel special. She went straight to another salon who did exactly what she wanted. I just got my nails done here on 9/9, and after one week, three of my nails popped off. I contacted Chandelier and they said if I set up an appointment they would fix my nails for me. Great! So I got scheduled for yesterday (9/20) to fix my nails. That they did, but they also left me with a really big cut on my right middle finger and a cut on my left pinky finger. On top of the pain from these cuts, the woman who did my nails was not very nice. You would think that if they ...still wanted your business they would try to be nice to you: offer you a drink, maybe make just a little bit of conversation with you, etc. However, the only times she spoke to me were when she absolutely needed to ask me what I wanted. Or to ask if "I'm a jumpy person" because I flinched when she used the electric filer on my nails. No, I flinched because she cut me with the filer. It was just awkward and uncomfortable sitting there for two and a half hours getting my dips with tips remade. Maybe it was because she wasn't expecting to get any compensation for this job or because she had to clean up after someone else's mess, but that wasn't my fault. I didn't have to, but I left her a $5 tip to hopefully change her attitude a bit and see that the job wasn't for nothing. Chandelier had done such a great job the first time with the nail art and with their service, which is why I came back to give them a second chance...but after this experience I definitely will not be returning. I have been wanting to try this place and I'm glad I did! Everyone there was so nice and professional. Aimee did my nails today and they are literally perfect. I normally have to tell my nail artist to fix something and I didn't have to tell her anything. She took a little longer than expected but I didn't mind at all because I got quality work done and she took the time to make sure they were perfect! My kinda woman! After 5 days I had 5 nails with big chips in them and I went back and the lady did them again now one week later all my nails have chipped with 3nails split where it is attached to skin. I had to take it off with a different salon who was not happy with the quality of the gel polish as it should last 3 weeks not 1 week. Don't go to this company and they could mess your nails up. I got the best pedicure I've ever had here. The salon is so pretty and the clear glass bowls are so different from what I've ever seen. It's so clean!! I'm kinda paranoid about getting fungus on my toenails so I only go to salons where they use those plastic liners and the tools are in the autoclaved bags, so I ask that before I go. It's hard to find! Well, they do that and more here! They said they have fancy drains that suck the water out or some such thing, and it's designed to reduce the chance of nasties hanging around in the drain. No nasties AND a mimosa? My toes and I are in! I took my daughter and she had a mani, pedi, and brow threading. She loved all of it. Her brows have never looked so good. And no red bumpy skin after. Read Less
