My daughter has returned with a totally unacceptable hair cut, it’s uneven and wonky with a big chunk out her fringe. It’s far shorter than we asked for. She looks like she’s got a helmet head. I get married this week and no idea what I am going to do with hair now, looks bloody awful!!! Read Less

Went in to get nails repaired and redone and was treated rudely, her concern was where did I get my nails done at and I told her here and she wanted to know who. It really wasn’t that serious, I told the nail tech to be gentle because my nail was tender and she used the drill anyway. I got up and left, it’s not worth it and I’m never going there again. I go here for my regular haircuts because it is near my work and there is parking right outside (although it can be tough to find a spot at busy times). I've only had my hair cut by Summer, so I can't speak for the others, but it's always been a quick, efficient and pleasant experience. Apparently they also do a range of beauty treatments, but I've not made use of any of those. Read Less

I went here with my daughter on the first Monday of the new year with my 5 year old. Ended up being their for almost 2 hours for just pedicures. They only said they were incredibly understaffed after we'd sat there in chairs with no water and no acknowledgement of what was going in for half an hr. Then they had my daughter sit and wait while I got my pedicure which resulted in both of us having to wait longer than we needed to. The pedicures we're fine. But the time management was just awful. Very large and nice nail salon..has the largest amount of nexgen colors. Very sanitary. The service is good. Offers complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Prices are reasonable. Got nexgen nails and turned out gr8 and also pedicure was good. Only complaint i had was they charged me $5 to take my gel polish off, normally nail salons charge that amount if u take gel off and get regular polish or nothing at all. But i figured since i was getting nexgen, they wouldnt charge me but they still charged me bc nexgen isnt same gel, even though it is the same price or more. Read Less

I went here for the first time a few days ago. When I called I told them about the special I saw on FB for 20% off of nexgen and pedi so I figured why not right, with a free drink... I set up appt when I got there they then told me the nexgen was 36 not the 24 that was advertised but I was already there so when they sat me down the lady that did my toes was amazing!! But the guy who did my nails burned two of my fingers when he was taking my old nexgen off and then when he was filing them he cut my ring finger and it started to bleed..
