Book appointment at 12 was waiting till 1 and had to leave my bag there to go get cash out when no one told me cash only they wouldn’t let me take my bag 😂very slow though nails turned out well though they were slow messing about a lot took a long while for nails to be done dident leave till 2.10 just for painted gel nails Read Less

Thought I would go to this nail bar as so many people recommended it to me, I have never had such a bad set of nails. They are all very wonky and the lady cut me 3 times with the nail files. My nails are so sore! Would 100% not recommend. Read Less

I have never been in so much pain in my entire life I go in seeing the review it has and how good it's supposed to be. 1. my nails are wonky 2. They're poorly painted 3. my natural nail was drilled on for a good two minutes 4. The woman who did my nails made me bleed 3 times all on different nails I was sat in this nail bar for just over 2 hours just getting my nails done and the outcome was appalling, just over 5 hours later and my nails still hurt when I scratch anywhere, this was the worst experience I have ever had and I would strongly suggest against ever going here even if all other places are booked Read Less

I can be quite difficult as a customer because I change my mind a lot and don't know what I want but the ladies were so kind to me and kept making sure I was happy with my nails before they would carry on. They actually had to re do them because I didn't like how they looked (they didn't suit my sausage fingers haha) and they were fantastic about it. Thank you so much for making sure I left happy. really cant understand all these bad comments. i am super fussy when it come to my nails and i have tried every where in ipswich and no where compares to these girls! they look great last ages so happy with them! and when ever i go in they are happy and very chatty. defo recommend! :-) xxx Read Less

Ladies I wouldn't recommend. For what they charge, their customer service doesn't match. I felt like I was a burden. I was kept waiting half an hour even though I had appointment. I also have wonkey nails. . . . And it's my wedding day tomorrow. Read Less

Don't read the bad reviews as it's complete and utter rubbish!! I've been going here for over 7 years and they're the best place to go to!! I love the staff the banter and everything about them!! My nails last for over 4 weeks considering how heavy handed I am!! Read Less
