I definitely recommend this salon whenever I get the chance. All The girls are friendly, professional and creative. I regularly have the same treatments; nails and eyebrow shaping and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I also get treats, Free Treatments!! Treatments I wouldn’t normally have tried but this is a really nice touch. I have had beautiful shellac nails every time which last at least 3 weeks (manufacturers recommendation is 14 days) the staff are really good at educating clients on how to maintain a beautiful manicure and the quality and strength of nails. This review is on behalf of my partner. Really nice staff, however, I went in for an acrylic removal and disagreed with some techniques. Firstly the tips were cut off rather than filed which could lead to cracking of the nail bed. No electric file was used and a pick was used to pry off the remaining acrylic which was painful and damaging to the nail bed. Unhappy with this level of removal, will not go again. Read Less

I thought i'd take time out of my day and let everyone know how wonderful The Naildresser staff are. I absolutely love my fortnightly visits to the salon and having a catch up with all the girls. It really is like one big happy family. I have been coming here now for over 6 years and would never dream of going anywhere else....why would I, when I get 5 star treatment & amazing nail designs by top class nail techs. The owner, Theresa is actually world class and its my underst...anding that clients have travelled far and wide to have their nails "dressed" by THE NAILDRESSER. Gabrielle and Emma are outstanding at their work and i'm always intrigued to see what freestyle designs they have created on their Instagram and Facebook pages. The treat cards which were introduced are a fabulous idea, who wouldn't want a freebe. I have been "treated" to a pedicure by the lovely Molly, facials, waxing & eyebrow tinting. You can chose from a vast selection of treats, and they are better than a supermarket loyalty card any day. I had gel nail extensions put on Friday 29 December for Christmas present. They only lasted less then week. When I tried to talk to them about it they kept changing the subject. When you try ring them you never get through to them. Not very professional at all. They kept talking about there private lives in front of customers. Never go here again. I would like refund but that never going happen. Read Less

On my first visit to this salon i had my eyelashes permed and my eyebrows waxed i felt so relaxed on my visit and this is due to the lovely staff in this store they are so friendly,polite and actually listen to what you want. Where to start? A Revolution was where I went for a full body hot stone massage to de stress and chill out before running the London Marathon last year. This was the first hot stone massage I had ever had ..... Wow! Sooo relaxing.
