Phoned up to see if I needed an appointment and they said no I didn’t. Drove 30 minutes to get there to be told I needed an appointment. So I asked how long the wait was and got told 50 minutes. The woman said oh your the phone that phoned, I was like yes and you told me to not make an appointment. Waste of time. The actual nail job wasn't all that bad its defiantly not perfect but you take what you can  get. The real problem was that I made an appointment for 1030 and they didn't start on my nails till 1115. Not only were they backed up but they put another customer ahead of me since she only needed one nail done. This seemed like a recurring problem since everyone who came in with an appointment seemed to have at least a 15 min wait. The second thing was that they grinned the top of my nails down to the point of pain for gel nails something that in all my time getting gel has never been required before.  Next the place was filthy they dont clean between customers so whe  you put your hands dow  you can fell the nail shavings of todays previouse customers and its just gross. Lastly they do not have a sign saying they only take cash, this sucks since if there was a sign I could have gone to the atm during my very long wait. I won't go back and will try to find a better nail place. Read Less
