Always feel like they take a lot of my nail off when doing acrylics or tips. Meaning my nails get weaker and weaker but they are nice enough staff and produce a good finish

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Gentleman doing my nails had a full blown cold with nose running into his mask; which he touched frequently. Cobwebs hanging everywhere full of nail dust. Staff are rude and speak to one another incessantly in their native language. Prices change every time for the same treatment. Will not be going back.

I went last week to get acrylics. The woman who served me wasn’t very patient nor polite. Tried to make conversation but didn’t get a good response. I had two nails that are glittery but she left roug...
I went last week to get acrylics. The woman who served me wasn’t very patient nor polite. Tried to make conversation but didn’t get a good response. I had two nails that are glittery but she left rough and didn’t gloss over. She left some of acrylic powder to harden underneath my nail which gets caught on everything. Good for £25 but overall not very good service. Not impressed.

Professional, polite and talented team, who really look after you. Never had a bad experience with them, no matter who it is that sees to me. They always try their best to understand what it is you want and are very delicate and gentle, offering a great service, as well as a professional result. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
