Dreadful service. Turned up for appointment. Was told I had got wrong day. (I know I hadn't). Made new appointment. Went along and therapist was with another client. When therapist looked in her diary...
Dreadful service. Turned up for appointment. Was told I had got wrong day. (I know I hadn't). Made new appointment. Went along and therapist was with another client. When therapist looked in her diary, she didn't have my appointment written down, so yet again no treatment given! Didn't bother again. Got full refund. Not the way to run a business! Avoid!!
